The return of CMC isn’t hurting me in fantasy! Even with Carson out. Guaranteed to score 65 points next week now.

Aye you’re absolutely hammering me and my score isn’t even that bad.

I find it really sad to see Phil Rivers struggling the way he is now. Sure fire Hall Of Famer but he clearly doesn’t have it any more. Did provide this amazing attempt at a tackle earlier though.

Normally when you win a game to move to 2-7 you wouldn’t expect to be right in the race to win the division but this is the NFC East we are talking about.

Well last season apparently we did well coz we had an easy schedule, which I'm sure there was some truth to. This season though we were gonna be 9-7 or summat coz we have a tough schedule, mainly coz we have the NFC West to play. 2-0 Vs the NFC West now.

I fully expected us to lose today. Said as much to Creg and Carel the other day in our little WhatsApp chat. We just don't beat teams like the 6-1 Seahawks. Usually. But coz we did I'm gonna get through even more of me Sunday night beer now. God bless Monday night shifts.

While the phrase statement win gets overused I think this is one such you can apply it to. The Seahawks are still my pick from the NFC to go to the Super Bowl so to win against them is a brilliant effort. The D was especially impressive for me as at least one of those Seattle scores was garbage time which I don’t count (though they are great if they are on your fantasy team ie DK Metcalf).

Meanwhile seen the inactives for tomorrow’s worst ever MNF game between us and the Jets. Our two teams look like they are genuinely trying their level best to throw the game. Should be worth watching in the way you’d watch a car crash at least.

This is so predictable, every year there is one of these stupid games where the Steelers are big road favourites and lose.

TBF I don't think the Seahawks did horribly in the first half offensively. Think 2 TDs, one punt and one interception from four drives? You'd probably take a TD in 50% of your possessions if offered it?

Bills just seemed to do even better, like scoring on every possession before the half be that a TD or an FG.

3rd quarter closed up and made me nervous but then pulled away again in the 4th. Helped overall by a decent number of takeaways.

Stilll pick them as NFC Superbowl representatives and possibly Russ best QB in the league (sorry creg) so yeah, very happy with that W.

Enjoying seeing how this Pitts Dallas game plays out now, and the Kyler Tua game! And yeah, you guys Vs Jets on Monday is another reason for me to say God bless Monday night shifts coz I'll be too busy to watch it :cool1:

I've stayed up for what shoulda been a good close NFC South clash. Unfortunately I regret to report that Brady looks WASHED. So very washed.

That was brutal to watch, rookie/inexperienced QB's seem to have worked out the basics of the zone blitz defense and the offensive line was an absolute joke last night. Don't even get me started on the Special Teams...

I'll take the W and 8-0 however.

That late Tampa consolation FG got me 3 fantasy points. I won my game by less than 3 points. Sorry, Blair Walsh Project.

Great win for the Dolphins in Arizona. Possible play offs?

This is incredible, the tank is on

The Jets and Pats are literally trying to outdo each other in giving the other the game. Them getting called for 12 men on a FG which gave us a first down and us constantly running into the turf monster all game.

Just to put into perspective the Jets have scored 10 TD’s on offence all season and three of them have come tonight against us.

And yet when it comes to clutch time no team knows how to take dump in its own hands better than the Jets. Will say though am happy for Cam to complete the comeback after coming up close a couple of times this season.

Jakobi Meyers once again really showed up. We have ourselves a decent receiver here.

You gave me a bit of a scare in the end, what with you having a Pats player up against the Jets.

Pats look set for a Top 10 pick it will be interesting to see what direction they go whether they stick with Cam or draft there future QB there is a few interesting prospects also I think the Pats have one of the largest cap spaces

Aye second most behind Indy if I remember rightly in terms of cap space. Basically this season we've had a load of dead money with Brady etc which next year we are off the hook for. With the cap probably going to be significantly lower next year we should be able to be better placed as some teams are going to have to make some big cuts just to get under it.

Overall from what I've seen this season outside of Denver and the Niners which I'm putting down to Covid Cam has looked alright. If he is the QB next season so long as for once we have some real playmakers to assist him at the skill positions I'm ok with that as doubt we will be able to get Lawrence, Fields or Lance. That said each year I get one player I am dead set on us going for and Zach Wilson is it so if we have a shot there I'm all in on that. A lot of other holes to fill though not least getting some speed at Linebacker.

Lawrence and Fields I can see going at the absolute latest top 5 as for Lance not really convinced he is No3 I have Trask and Wilson higher both I would imagine would be in range for you guys if you go in that direction.

Watching the game last night, i imagine if the NFL had an equivalent of L2, they would both be in it!

Incredible ending for the rest of us but got to feel for pride_of_notts and Stagat, Josh Allen unfortunately decided to revert to rookie status in that second half. With the Dolphins winning, they’re now in play for that division (although I appreciate Buffalo owns the head to head).

9-0 for the Steelers. Nice to watch a game without any heart palpitations.

Yup. That pretty good last TD throw to Diggs had surely dug us out of our hole though? I certainly celebrated like it had.

I didn't think it was possible but after that Texans playoff game last season and now tonight Katie is somehow - and I didn't think this would be possible - not the worst Hopkins in the world for me anymore.

Although she probably will be again by midweek once I've calmed down.

That was a dime to be fair, having spent so long throwing behind receivers and playing with fire.

Last night was the first time in a while I've actively rooted for the Patriots so glad they managed to sneak the victory over the Ravens. The 3 game lead in the AFC North gives me some comfort knowing we've still got the Ravens at Thanksgiving in a couple of weeks. Props to the Pats D-Line and linebackers for maintaining contain and not letting any Lamar or any of Baltimore's backs from getting loose.

Last night felt like the most Patriots like performance have seen in a long time. No turnovers, few penalties and our in game management was just about spot on. Also outdid the Ravens physically. BB has rightly been criticised for some of his drafting but one he smashed out the park has been Michael Onwenu, he has been fantastic across multiple positions on the O-Line. Meyers once again impresses against an elite defence as does Damien Harris who even if/when Michel is back he is now the firm #1 at that position.

It does at least keep our very slim chances of winning the division alive or making the playoffs. Whether that would be good long term is another question but its pleasing we got a good win against a great opponent.

Still am thinking it may well be the Dolphins who take the division, they seem to be flying right now and am a little surprised as thought the change to Tua could have been a bit destabilising at first.

Yeah I would agree with Allen a lot of it I feel is when chasing games he sometimes lets his decision making get the better of him but there has been a definite improvement we are seeing far less of the bad Josh Allen even compared to a year ago Offensively I still feel the biggest issue is how bad our run game is but I was pleased our Defence are starting to show up but that last play really should not have happened as it seemed to me to be Poyer's error as he knocked White out of the way.

If ever DeShaun Watson gets anything approaching a competent head coach he will win multiple rings. Just absolutely destroyed us today, can only sit here and applaud, he has been incredible.

On the other side of the coin it really is amazing the decline of Wentz. He looks like he’s never played the position these days.

Feel so bad for Joe Burrow with that injury. It’s frankly criminal what the Bengals have provided him in terms of protection. I fear this may be Andrew Luck all over again.

Seriously in 2020 how the hell is Joe Flacco still on an NFL team? That was horrendous from him especially as the Jets were looking good so far

Disappointing loss for the Pats and that's now definitely season over in terms of the division, will be an interesting battle between the Bills and Fins and right now I marginally favour the latter.
