City have spent £60m+ on 2 very average CBs.

well done for battling to the win Arsenal, it was a half decent game compared to most this season, 11 shots on target in total, that'll do...

Great result. Thought this had draw all over it and it looked very cagey at first, Walcott's goal brought the game to life.

Toure is scary when he's playing well. What a player he could be if he could be bothered all the time.

maybe he can't sustain that level of play for 90 minutes, he's getting old
Baby steps, let's see if he can maintain it for 9.

(Cue Toure hat trick vs Leicester coming your way).

Bony makes Toure look like a workaholic. A big, shite lump with no real quality.

Try telling an Arsenal fan in July that we'd beat City with Joel Campbell in the XI while Alexis, Cazorla, and Coquelin were sidelined. Great result.

Well deserved, though Arsenal should have won this by three or four, they completely outclassed City. There were multiple counter attacks where Arsenal outnumbered City in the second half but just couldn't get a third goal. City need Kompany back fast.

Just shows how little you valued your man Campbell.

a goal back that's the least they deserved, I like the side with most possession to win the game, like I like the side who make the most metres in rugby to win the game
You must love LVG's style.

About three weeks ago from Liverpool fans?
well no wonder some liverpool fans said that after beating a team you probably just sweated like a pig over beating, in a much more convincing way. proving how much of football is down to tactics and belief

He's not that big. I don't get why he's been so bad for City, he was really good for Swansea. Maybe just not cut out for it tactically.

I don't know about that... We only had two shots in the first half. Between the break and Toure's goal we had a lot of chances, which is to be expected with City having to commit players forward. Thought we did deserve the win though.

Great result considering City had definitely won the league after five games.

Bony has done predictable bad for city, as benteke has for liverpool, as vardy would for another club. these players suit different types of football better than others. and they have the team built around them, they are their talismans, or were

Macclesfield Town/Manchester City. It's complicated.

:bg1: Nobody cares about City. Every time you get beat you're castigating someone for being against you. Refs, UEFA and even commentators.

No, I hate Tyler when City win, too.

He's scored 7 in 11 since having a run in the side. As a backup player, that's not too bad.
