Oh if only there was a chance of that happening (you beating Arsenal 3-0 that is!), it has been a long time since I've watched AFTV as Gooners wail and gnash their teeth. I'd love to see Southampton nick a point or three, but I have to confess that I think Arsenal have been good lately. They are playing with more confidence and fluidity than at any other point this season, buoyed by that handsome win against CSKA they will be keen to maintain the momentum.

We didn't deserve to lose that one. Referee lost control with the Stephens incident. Their left back done the exact same thing as what Stephens did to Wilshere but didn't even get booked. Stephens being suspended isn't a bad thing though.

Gutting that, deserved a point, but our defence and lack of aerial ability from Stephens and Cedric has cost us once again this season.

Didn’t think much of McCarthy before today (does what’s expected without pulling off the spectacular), but he did well today despite conceding three and a good goalkeeper in the Championship makes a big difference.

Also Jack Wilshere is a horrible little c***, glad he got one of his teammates sent off at least. We may be better off without Stephens starting every week.

This was your chance Southampton, an Arsenal B team, you should have been offended by their arrogance. Your game betrayed your lack of confidence. Get into their ribs and watch them retreat.... Personally I hope the Saints stay up but they need to grow a pair.
