Garbutt seems like a decent player, what's his story?

Paid £1 million for him when he was 16 from Leeds. Had a few loan spells at lower leagues, had a great spell at Colchester last season, obviously learned a lot from Baines in terms of going forward because hes a full back in the same kind of mould. By all accounts though, he's enjoyed this taste of the first team he's had this season and isnt keen to sign a new contract unless he is going to get more games.
