Just seen Styche's goal from yesterday, clearly on side IMO.

That would be fucking hilarious if it wasn't such a tragedy for us.

I thought onside too from my position in the ground, although you can't really tell from that video. Why do we have to have that biased Grimsby prat doing our commentary?

Tom Shaw of all people rescues a point for us but he still shouldn't have started and should never start for us again.

We're so crap and unfortunately I don't think Burr has a clue how to sort it out now.

Don't know ... I thought we played well first half and I counted 8 clear chances, but unfortunately only one converted. I agree about Shaw though. Someone told me he's on £800 a week. I hope that's not true. We turned down Jordan Williams because he wanted £400. That came back to haunt us.

Grimsby defenders just seem to fall asleep when Styche runs past them.

I wonder if Swallow can enlighten us into the reasons for Woking's modest recent form.

I'm truly in the dark, but one of our more reliable fans at Guiseley yesterday (rightly or wrongly) said some promised investment failed to materialise and the players weren't being paid. This might be common knowledge, but I've not read anything. Desperate that you survive next season and we can keep trying to record a rare win against you.

Alger RT'd a Cod who said that Styche goal was onside (Disley's not having it, though. Not sure how he'd have a better view than someone at the side of the pitch).

A potential takeover fell through, for one reason or another. It then came out that the players' bonus were being altered to a play-off finish, presumably because the club is struggling for money. Perhaps that is where your source got confused, as the players' wages are still being paid. Some think the bonus issue is to blame for our form. I think it's a mixture of lack of experience from the vast amount of young kind players we've had to bring in because of (2.) injuries, confidence and that we have nothing to play for.

You had one chance this season to beat us this season, when we were rubbish before Christmas, but we got lucky that day. You'll have two good chances next season if the suggestion that our budget is going to be reduced becomes reality. The first significant signs of Garry Hill getting frustrated with the board became apparent yesterday when he said he is being 'kept in the dark'. I'm sure a certain Woking fan on here will reassure me that it's probably nothing to worry about...

Yeah, why would anyone question the top class officials we have in this division?

Good luck and see you next season if we survive.

Yeah just read back through some of them and a few hours ago he is saying we have a great chance of winning the play offs and if he was allowed to bet on it he would bet on us winning them, then more recent ones taking the piss about may as well give up now, no point going to Wembley just to lose we might as well be mid table etc.
Shows that the guy is just on a trolling mission, and that he is also a complete bell end.

I was actually referring to the Cod fan at the side of the pitch, not the lino!

And the atmosphere was killed by that bloody drum. It really didn't feel like the sort of game where the crowd needed to offer any sort of encouragement as it just seemed like second gear for a lot of it. A strange one for us, but also the fact that there was nothing riding on it for us probably detracted from it all a bit too.

Can't have been much atmosphere to build on if eight children and a drum "killed" it!

But come on, the Grimsby fans shouldn't really be biting to something so obvious. Poor form, both as bad as one another.

You say that as though a handful of GTFC supporting idiots on twitter biting to an obvious wind-up is representative of the entire fanbase :lac:

Don't be ridiculous, the Grimsby fans on here know how highly I rate them. I meant the Grimsby fans biting.

Read the post in future.
