I think we've had 6 clean sheets from 8 so would be surprised if we concede.

Doesn't seem to want to let me on. Stops at 'continue.'

It could be because it's trying to get to google and youtube. They're blocked here, I'll give it a bash at home through the VPN.

Sounds like how Pools' season has been so far.

We've been good at beating the bottom few clubs at the Hive so far this season but having had to play a different way to beat Portsmouth and Plymouth, I hope that we can start on the front foot.

Shomotun showing why Barnet fans were excited about seeing him play before the season started.

Fair play Pools for two good goals in return

Terrible in defence. Bondz and Weston are Conference players.

Just imagine the damage that could have been caused if Rakishinho were playing...

Complacency on our part after our recent good run with MA doing so much tinkering with our team that we ended up with no tactical shape plus your lot reacting well to your heavy defeat midweek.

I've just watched Flinders goalkeeper impression from this afternoon .... if I could be bothered I'd find my post warning York fans that he's a liability .... The goal today , bottom corner ( as ever ) diving after it had passed him , and a cross in the first half where 9 out of 10 keepers would have just stepped out and caught it , but he prefers the mayhem that follows

Carson is a definite improvement over Flinders, in fact even our no.2 Bartlett is probably better. Certainly a better shot stopper than Flinders.

It may sound daft , but getting tonked at Bristol may have been a good thing ... A plucky 1 0 defeat may have meant no changes

Think the signing of Jones will, have had a major impact,on the team.
If Harrison &'Jackson played,Akinde will, have bullied them all afternoon.

It's absolutely amazing what picking the best players in their positions can do. Moore never could get the hang of this, and it's taken Hignett a good few games of being close, but hopefully he has realised that is his best 11 (Jones/Jackson aside). Walker has played 3 games too many in the last 3 games, and how Hawkins has been behind in the pecking order baffles me. Dropping Harrison out of the squad altogether, too. Shows Hignett isn't afraid to rustle a few feathers, which has been badly needed.

I'm not ashamed to admit I've made a couple of quid off taking Pools to lose this season, but as soon as I saw the team news, I knew we had a chance. Even took us -1 on the handicap.

Nice to hear a manager like Martin Allen say we were mentally & physically too strong for them.
About time we started dishing it out a bit. We've been to soft for years now.
