We're just a bit shit at the moment, so don't see us winning this. Possibly a dull 0-0, but I'll go for a narrow Barnsley victory.

Barnsley 1-0 Derby

Winnall is out until the end of the month. Watkins did fine when he replaced him against Ipswich so expect he will be coming back in for this.

Butterfield nailed on to score. Shackell to break Bradshaw's ankle too.

3-2 win.

Would be happy with a point. Given away some soft goals and missed a silly amount of chances so far. A hard-earned point to get us off the mark will do me just fine.

Outplayed in every area of the pitch.

Hammill had a quiet game for us but apart from that every player put a good shift in. Davies redeemed himself after a bad couple of games with a few decent stops. Kent was class, it's a real shame he won't be credited with the assist after the first goal has gone down as an own goal, hit the post with a wonderful strike and should have had a penalty too. Mawson and Roberts (bar one mistake) were immense and White and Bree played well too. Hourihane and Scowen bossed the midfield and Watkins and Bradshaw played their part well.

Delighted with the win. Bring on QPR.

The mighty Rams!!!
Listening to bits from the radio, the above is pretty accurate. We lost every battle across the park.

Worries me that as a team we've got ourself ingrained in a system of play. It'll either be Pearsons downfall or once he's got s few players in the team will start performing.

It might be a very long season

They cheered your score today at HT, and were singing 'Derby County, we're coming for you'

Better get used to it I suppose.

We normally cheer their result if they're winning st HT/FT.

Now we've got this unknown rival very much like Chesterfield- Sheff Wed/United. Nobody gives a sheet.

We have to try something.
Bloody hell who else is there ?
We are clutching at straws...
Personally I want Derby to do well - as I work there and good friends are life long fans. It's only a few that cheer if you lose. We feel like Carlisle fans - no one to hate, and no one to poke with a stick....

Quality performance from us today.

We outclassed Derby in every single area and to be honest Derby fans should be fairly pleased they didn't concede more because we could have easily had hatful.

Roberts and Mawson were excellent at the back but that man Hourihane was different gravy again. It's a shame his shot has gone down as an own goal as he would have had a goal and an assist in both games so far.

Derby looked to be full of individuals and not a proper team, also there were a couple of players that came on who really should have started. Bent was woeful.
Fairly certain that they'll be up there by the end of the season anyway.

We said we would surprise teams this year and hopefully today was the first of many.

Anyway... Where's that flaming Rotherham fan to tell us we're shite and definitely going down?

He thinks the majority of teams in this league are shit and going down to be fair.

Absolute shite yesterday. We're not troubling the playoffs this season, that's for sure.

Play like that consistently, and relegation would be a certainty. We won't though....hopefully.
