Barnsley are still in the mix for a play off run. Need to keep their foot to the floor if they want to keep the teams below them at bay.

Scunny have appointed Graham Alexander as manager, which seems like a somewhat strange decision, but there we go. Local(ish) game for both teams, can see this being a low scoring draw.

All match discussion in here.

I'd take a 1-0 with an own goal off a Scunny defender's arse as long as it meant we got the 3 points. Any sort of win will do, don't care how we do it.

It will be a hard game, we've a lot of injuries or players on international duty and Scunny have picked up recently, plus Madden is always going to be a threat. O'Brien always works his arse off too.

Edit: Winnall apparently may be out over Easter. FFS how many bastarding injuries are we going to get during such an important part of the season.

Cheers, Scunny.

And thanks for Niall Canavan, who shows a refreshing desire to defend. Not the most graceful of players, but when he clears the ball it shows a gratifying tendency to STAY cleared!

Scrappy game with an end of season feel to it (despite the good form of both teams) where a draw was the right result.

Scunny dominated the first half, playing a pressing game like Southend did a couple of weeks back and forcing us to aimlessly hoof it to our lone striker. They should have been at least a goal up at half time.
Second half we shaded and would have won but for a couple of brilliant saves from Daniels.

Would have been great to get another 3 points but can't grumble too much at a hard fought point vs a team who've only lost once in their last 12 games, especially with us having to change our lineup so much due to injury/call ups.
Solid following from Lincolnshire as well, one of the noisier sets of fans at Oakwell this season.
