Two historically significant clubs with three, count em three, FA cup's between them meet for the first time since 2002 and first time in the league since 1999.

I know we have Fleetwood to come first in the JPT, but I'm too excited for Danny's return and couldn't wait to start the thread.

I doubt he'll even play a part. Hopefully Mellis does though...

Great chance to make it 7 league wins from 7 which we'll probably make a bollocks of in true Barnsley fashion.

Hopefully the players won't be too knackered from tomorrow night to deal with Mellis' all action, tireless efforts in the middle of the park.

We'll lose. Not sure whether to go, it would be a new ground.

After watching Barnsley tonight. We're going to get bummed based on Flickers recent tactical decisions.

I am really really worried. God only knows what stupid lineup he is going to throw out. Soares at right back, four central midfielders and mellis on right wing, rose on his own up front. Thank God am not going, having said that I am going to see us lose 5-0 to Coventry the week after so I am merely delaying my suffering.
If we can some how scrape a draw from this it will feel like a win and will drag us ever closer to that golden 50 mark. Considering the points total we were on in mid october it is a total farce that we are only on 37 points now. Five games coming up Barnsleyx2, Sheff at home, Cov away and bottom club Colchester at home, ideally we need to be looking at a minimum of 5 points from these games.

With Johnson seemingly going to City (God knows why they want him) I'm not sure about Sunday now. If we keep playing the way we've done over the last 9-10 games we should win. Concerned that in the last 3 games we've created a bucket of chances and only scored 3 of them though, no idea how it got to penalties last night as we should have been out of sight.

Christ knows. I reckon we could do worse than Garry Monk, if he'd come. Hecky and Tommy Wright are taking care of things on Sunday though so maybe them if we carry on our good form.

He's not gone yet tbf, can't see him turning them down though given the money they'll have to offer.

Shit fred title.

Since you need a new manager any chance you can take the fat Bolton c*** back off us??? We could just leave him after the game.

Soz Stevie.

And would that be the fat Bolton c*** that got you promoted to this division?

The one who almost squandered promotion last season despite the strength of his squad, the one who squandered our playing budget on 7 first team strikers, and then plays a defensive formation with 1 up front, the one who then has the cheek to suggest that he hasn't had the budget to compete, the one who has signed 15 goalkeepers over the last 2 and a half seasons because of his ridiculous bullying regime of fear, the one who came in saying he would be straight talking ... and has spent the last two years talking bollocks about synergy and DNA, the one who called Bury fans the worst in the country when he left as a player... yet praised us upon taking the job (of course he has resorted to numerous pops at the fans since then). YES ... THAT FAT BOLTON c***

I can see why Bury fans are a bit miffed given the money invested in their team. But calling your manager a "c***" when you're midtable following promotion? Bit harsh. You weren't expecting to just waltz into the play-offs/autos surely?

Him being a c*** is nothing to do with his managerial abilities ... it is because he is a c***. I said it last season ... I said it when we fluked a few results at the start of this season. The fact he is a shite manager as well makes him unbearable.

Don't fancy our chances here tbh.. Good job it's only £3 on the train. How far to Oakwell from station?

Across the rail line and a few hundred yards up the hill and your there.

Talk of Pagey off to Barnsley... Won't lose major sleep if it happens and no doubt Micheal Adams will return!

Well that was easier than expected.

Bury looked dangerous between us going 1-0 up and half time, got the ball wide at every opportunity and put balls into the box that Clarke/Pope narrowly failed to connect with. No. 10 looked particularly dangerous. Second half we started stronger and the second and third goals killed the game off. Good noise from the decent number of away fans until understandably they went quiet at 3-0.

7 wins in a row. It's getting a bit ridiculous now, but
