As Smat foresaw a week or so ago, Gibbs has been training to play on the wing against Bayern.

The only disappointing result would be to get twatted and lose confidence. A draw doesn't change what we need to do to qualify assuming other results go as expected.

Matieu the boosh isn't nearly match fit. But I wonder if we'll see Sanchez up front, he played there 16 mins against Swansea with Gibbs on the wing.

Debuchy vs Costa (the good one) oh my.

If Debuchy can find his pre-injury form then we'll be fine. However that's the biggest 'if' of the season.

Arsenal team v Bayern: Cech; Debuchy, Mertesacker, Gabriel, Monreal; Cazorla, Coquelin; Campbell, Ozil, Alexis; Giroud.

Debuchy and no Kos. Well, that's that. We will be conceding tonight.

I think Kosicleny is just getting rest for Tottenham, the more important match. I don't think that's a bad decision from Wenger. I'm surprised to see Cambell, I expected Gibbs, but Campbell did show his willingness to track back against Swansea and Debuchy will need all the help he can get against Costa.

i actually am not that worried, surprisingly. Maybe I just don't care, but I think Gabriel is pretty good and we can nick something here. I care more about beating spuds

Bayern are creating quite a few chances early on. It could be a long night for Arsenal.

Alaba is a phenomenal footballer. Oh well, match over. Save the legs for Tottenham. Could still be a positive day yet if Zagreb hang on at Olympiakos.

Bayern are phenomenal, although I expected more from us, not much more with a patchwork defence but still.

Bayern will finish us off completely with a couple more in the second half.

Hahahaha and as if by magic Arsenal taken off their Halloween masks and revealed themselves as the Arsenal we've grown to love and laugh at. Welcome back lads.

That's just too fucking easy there. I know Bayern are a quality side but that's piss poor defending from Arsenal for Robbens first touch after coming on.
