Simple really, post screenshots or stories about your amazing regens. This was inspired by me finding a gem of a player on loan to Southampton in my Arsenal save, 17 years old and already has plenty of green stats and I've stolen him for a measly £30m + add-ons.

I haven't got a screenshot or anything, but on FM11 I was playing in something nearing 2030 and I signed a player for whoever I was managing (May have been West Ham), from an amateur side in Australia which is pretty amazing given how hard the work permits are from those places on FM - by the name of Chris Doughty.

Loaned him out a fair bit for the first few years while he matured before becoming a consistent starter for me, scoring 40-50 a season and assisting about 30 a season, value eventually raised to around £40 as well. Probably the best regen I've ever had on any game, which is testament to brilliant he was that I actually remember him.

Or how utterly tragic my life is.

Never really get far enough into the game to see the very best regens that are on offer, but I seem to find on mine that the best regens I see are weird nationalities.

FM11: Ivorian left winger, was ridiculous at Bayern Munich. I managed Ivory Coast just to get a chance to manage him. Was getting 30 goals a season regularly and a goal a game internationally.
FM12: Somalian keeper, I had at Club Brugge before he transferred to Madrid. Thinking back he might not have been that good, but he was one of the best keepers in the game, and came through at a Somalian club!
FM13: Croatian striker, signed him for £60m (record fee i've ever paid) after he had been top scorer in the Prem three years in a row for Southampton, his CA may not have been that good, but he had 20 finishing, 20 off the ball, 20 composure, 20 dribbling and 20 pace. Literally the perfect poacher.
FM14: Tunisian striker, signed him for £7.5m from Atletico then later sold him to Everton for £70m (record fee i've ever received). Almost the complete opposite to the Croatian striker above, his stats were all solid but perhaps not where you would want them. I stopped playing that FM when he was only 22 and had been at Everton for six months so hard to say how good he was. He was second top scorer in the Prem a season where I loaned him to Newcastle.

May try and get some images..

My best one is this guy. Cost me £42.5m at 17, but worth it. That's on my Lincoln save, but not on that at the minute. He'd been out injured for a bit at this point, so his attributes had dropped slightly.

Had a player named Tomas Rada on my Aston Villa save from Czech Republic. Became the clubs all time top scorer, reached the UCL final with us and won the Premier League. That was on FM 14.

I've had a few, lost most of my saves now, however I shall post up my Aston Villa ones from my FM14 save in a bit once FM is reinstalled, got me a few fantastic players on that game, as I've gone around the world mopping up all of the young talent. Comes from winning the Champions League. Also helps that Barcelona keep giving their youth players silly release clauses between £10-20million. Stole a couple of them through that.

Dean Marshall_ Overview Attributes.png

This lad is a good young midfielder currently breaking into the first team slowly, having just been signed from just relegated Southampton for £10.75million. Not my greatest prospect, but a bloody good one.

Rubén Guerrero_ Overview Attributes.png

Signed this beauty of a Goalkeeper from Barcelona for £21.5million to replace Alex McCarthy. He has been first team since signing in January 2018, done a bloody good job and is nowhere near the finished article yet.

Ángel Dueñas_ Overview Attributes.png

Another gem stolen from Barcelona, seems to be a bloody slow developer though, he's there to replace Sergi Roberto (who I also stole from Barca  ), when the time comes for me to either cash in or get rid because he declines. Also cost me £21.5million.

Soslan Shamaev_ Overview Attributes.png

Now this lad, this lad is my fucking gem. Best regen I've ever had on an FM game, he's fucking ridiculous. Scored 14 in 21(1) appearances in his first season as well as 9 assists signing in January at the ripe old age of 18. Last season was his first full season as first choice allowing the sale of Icardi making 42(9) appearances and scoring 28 and assisting 14. This season so far as you can see, his assists have dried up a little, but the goalscoring has kept up. The thing with this lad is, his stats are ridiculous as is, he's only 20 and currently rated at 3 stars out of 4.5, this lad is going to be my star for a long time to come. Signed from Shakhtar for £19million.

Heiko Rau_ Overview Attributes.png

Aaah, Heiko Rau, my American/German lad signed from Philadelphia for free. Funny little bugger this lad is, doesn't play that well usually but tends to score a lot. Has spent time on loan at League 1 Burnley, Championship Crystal Palace, and finally Everton where he won the YPOTY award the season before last. Will develop into a bloody good player for me.

Hugo_ Overview Attributes.png

Hugo! A lad who popped up out of nowhere for me, found by my scouts. I am going to be very blessed up front soon if he reaches his potential though, signed last January from Sporting, scored 5 goals in 7(3) appearances, so not a bad return at all for his age. One to watch, but won't be as much of a superstar as Shamaev. Cost me £13million.

Fredrik Waage_ Overview Attributes.png

Waage, has become my second choice BWM after I shipped out Sven Bender who just didn't fit in with us well at all for some reason, made no loss on him anyway, so meh. Obviously not going to have fantastic stats, as he is a player there just to get the ball back for us when needed. Only sits behind Romero in that position, who has been injured recently, and as you can see from his Average rating, he's done very well. £27.5k from Rosenbourg. Spent time on loan at Championship Middlesbrough, and Championship Walsall.

Alessandro Bernacchia_ Overview Attributes.png

Bernacchia, a lad I haven't found a lot of room for in the squad due to him being my 3rd choice DLP, steps in and does a good job when called upon though. Signed for £1.3million from Lazio and has spent time on loan at Lens, Celta Vigo and Ajax.

Jorge Pinto_ Overview Attributes.png

Another Portuguese lad, signed from Bayern for £8million and has already stepped up to being 2nd choice Left Back and kicked my first choice out for a while last season whilst he was out of form. Already is a decent player, and will definitely become a very useful member of the squad.

Dmitry Zhukov_ Overview Profile.png

Another Ukrainian, they are going to have a very decent team at this rate, Zhukov signed from Shakhtar for £16million and is really pushing for a first team place at centre back having signed last January, unfortunately right now he is behind Romagnoli and Zamarippa, but will displace one of them eventually (most like Romagnoli).

As I said, mopped the world for young talent, these are just the lads in my first team, I have another 16 lads in my U21 and U18 squads who have 3+ star potential. Including another Ukranian lad who is currently out on loan at Chelsea (yes, I've become that fucking dominant  ) who I nicked again from Shakhtar for £5.5million. I have built a team that dominates now, and one that should dominate for the future also with the youth products that I have mopped up from around the world. I have 3 young Brazillians on the way come January too. Only problem here is that I only have three decent English prospects, Livesey a 3.5 star potential striker, Rob Jones, a 3.5 star potential keeper, and another striker called Taylor Barker, also at 3.5 star potential. I still need me some English prospects, not that this affects my homegrown quota due to the amount of people who I have brought through who easily fill it.

A wonderful squad though, that is currently dominating, and is set to do so for a long time yet. Next step for me, is sorting out my net transfer spends though, as it currently stands at £639million spent and £433million sold, including £108million paid to agents (slimy bastards). My record transfer stands at £40million spent on Lucas Romero (I couldn't find anyone cheap to fill my BWM role), record sale stands at £46.5million for Ryan Gauld to Everton, signed for only £7.5million. No worries, as I had Tomas Martinez who was ahead of him anyway, and went out and signed Driussi to replace him for a massive £5.25million, who has displaced Martinez from the team a few times.
