Birmingham come into the game on the back of a very creditable draw against 2nd place Norwich whilst Fulham come into the game having only one point from eight games. With Magath being relieved of his duties on Thursday, Kit Symons was immediately named "caretaker manager" and managed Fulham for the first time against Blackburn. Fulham looked to have improved defensively, we looked solid throughout the game, but our creativity was poor. Shaun Hutchinson got sent off just before half time with the score 0-0 but despite our disadvantage we matched Blackburn but weren't able to get a point. Fulham have been leaking goals left right and centre recently, 5 against Derby and Nottingham Forest and 3 against Reading which makes Fulham have the most goals conceded in the championship. Birmingham's form looks poor also as they are without a win in 6 games and will defiantly look to grab all three points against a Fulham in serious trouble early on.
Even though our form this season has been woeful, I believe Fulham will get a point at Birmingham. Both teams will feel they should win but I can see a 1-1 draw.
ONE TO WATCH: Patrick Roberts (17) youngster who has come through the Fulham academy has been one of the few bright sparks in a dreadful opening part to the season, makes defenders look foolish and I believe he will cause Birmingham defence all sorts of problems on Saturday
PREDICTION 1-1 scorers: McComrack, Donaldson
