Like him and he comes across well but we've been playing poorly since February and the defence shows no signs of improving. Doesn't appear to know how to fit the players he has into a system that works.

I hope so. I think we have lost 6 in 32 since JED took over, and we have only 4 points less in 11 games than we had in 25 last season. What has happened to you over the past 5/6 weeks btw?
