Perfect opportunity to get back to winning ways tonight, both Blackpool fans and players seem to have just given up.

This is the sort of game though, that we typically balls up so would come as no surprise to me if we lost tonight.

I'm confident though, despite a 3-1 defeat at the weekend, we didn't play badly, a couple of defensive errors which were punished but we still played ok and had chances ourselves, hitting the bar twice.

No disrespect to Blackpool but we have to be looking for 3 points here.

Blackpool are just so shit, you should have to put 5 past them to get all three points. I genuinely think they'd struggle against the likes of Barnet, Eastleigh, FGR right now. If they were a cricket club, they'd be England.

I genuinely think Blackpool are a 7/8-0 waiting to happen.

From what I'm hearing from people that were there and from what I read when following Twitter last night, it was just a case of us turning up to get the 3 points with minimal effort without over exerting ourselves.

I think one of the local journos put on Twitter something like 'There is more goals in this for Charlton if they showed a bit more ambition going forward'
