Bolton v Gills live on the tellybox

Good 3 points for Bolton, quite surprised how well they are doing actually considering the shiteness and the mess they were in last season. Quick turnaround.

For me Bolton are a decent side who will be thereabouts at the end of the season, as long as they don't go bust or have a big points deduction.
They were made to look a bit better than they were tonight though by our utterly shambolic, inept performance.
OK, we had a fair bit of the ball (more than Bolton according to the stats) but we rarely threatened and the build up was slow and labourious.
The biggest problem though was the total lack of organisation and shape.
The first goal, they all stopped hoping it had gone out. Madine then gets between the two centre backs and has a free header from two yards.
The second, though well worked, was because two midfielders decided to watch Vela run past them and neither thought it was worth their while tracking him.
The third was another free, unchallenged header from a couple of yards out.
The fourth, well though it was a decent strike, he didn't actually need to hit it at all. If he had just kept taking a step forward Konchesky would have eventually backed off so far he would have been in the back of his own net.

As I say, Bolton were decent, but we don't even do the basics and are an utter fucking shambles.

Yes you were and your comment (as you have seen Parkinsons sides more than me) was fair. Played well last night but you are a poor team (sorry to say that but if I was a gills fan that performance wouldn't be acceptable), we are winning and are hard to beat, but in general, the football has been clinical without being outstanding, but after last season, winning is good for me at the moment
