The plan was the title, the problem was the man leading the charge.

Karl Robinson has gone from one of the "top young managers" to awful in about 2 seasons.

Based on their performance the other day against us they just seem a bit lightweight. Plenty of possession but lacking a poacher up top. Need some proper centre backs as well. Robinson seems like a lower league Wenger type, seems obvious what the flaws are but dosnt want to change his philosophy.

Pretty much exactly that, he's so incredibly stubborn even thought it's so obvious it isn't working. The fact that we have one striker and didn't sign one throughout the whole window is shocking.

His refusal to change up his tactics and vary his style from time to time is the reason he will never be a top manager. His dream is to manage Liverpool, it will have to stay a dream as it won't ever happen.

What will be interesting is what we're like if we score first. I would bet we're a completely different proposition. Given that we've actually led in games for a sum total of about 15 minutes this season ( two late goals at Shrewsbury and Rochdale) then there's nothing to really base that assumption on, but I can still see us picking holes in teams if they have to come at us a bit.

As is the MK way, he played once more and picked up an injury. He had 30 minutes last week and is hopefully OK for today.

We desperately need him fit and firing as he is probably our best (only) threat as Maynard just isn't on the same wavelength as the rest of the team.
