Big game for both sides if they continue to harbour playoff ambitions.

We were worrying about relegation a week ago. This is a mental league.

Coleman

Brown - Lockwood - Gerrard - Sadler

Winchester - Jones - Woodland - Forte

Philliskirk - Turner
I'd like to say, given our record at Bradford, that we'll win.

Heart says 3-2 win, head says 2-2 draw. Still going to have a few players missing.

We'll be winning 3-2 in this one going into the 93rd minute where Oldham will get an equaliser.

edit - Cas in there before me.

The play offs for me is done, let's just finish as high up as we can and build for next season. If we do somehow manage to sneak in though, we will get tonked by whoever we play.

As for this game we usually have a good record here, can't remember the last time we lost.

1-1

The last time we beat you at Valley Parade was in Sep 1988 (2-0), you're unbeaten in your last 6 visits including 4 wins. We've only beaten you once in our last 16 meetings overall!

I'll fly in the face of all logic and say we'll win 2-1.

hoping there's a few latics making the trip after our last two results, anything under 1200 would be poor imo.

Winchester has a knock. If he doesn't make it, which would be a big loss, then I imagine Wilkinson will come in as a flat 442 or Kelly into the middle and Jones wide right.

Kelly - Woodland
Jones - Philliskirk - Forte

Surely we have to end this awful record against Oldham at some point? The lads have come back from a welcome break in Portugal this week, so no excuses.

We also haven't won in the league on a Saturday in 2015 - another shocking statistic.

GK: Jak Alnwick

RB: Stephen Darby
CB: Rory McArdle
CB: Andrew Davies
LB: James Meredith

RM: Christophe Routis
DM: Gary Liddle
LM: Billy Knott

CAM: Billy Clarke

ST: Jon Stead
ST: James Hanson

Really, really need three points here. Can't afford to throw more points away.

Att: 14,862 (1,172 Blues)

1-0 City

I'd be disappointed if we took sub-1200. We've sold over 600 already and it's obviously POTD.

Looking forward to it.

Yeah, you should bring more - but I can't see it.

You brought 1,300 last season, though.

Better side, didn't have to get out of second gear really, Oldham fizzled out massively after first 15 mins. Shit for Davies though.

Both teams were shit first half. Second half they improved and we didn't. They deserved the three points. Fair play to their fans, it was a decent atmosphere after they scored.

We weren't great today. Perhaps a little lucky to up against such a poor side in Oldham.

Still don't think we'll make the playoffs. Run in is a little too difficult.

We lost so we're moaning about losing, and that surprises you? I doubt you'll find many of us saying we deserved something from the game. Merely that it was a shit pitch, a shit game between two shit sides, with us being that little bit shitter on the day.

On a separate note - that match between the disabled kids at HT was the highlight for us. Proper fun to watch, and they absolutely loved it. When of the little kids rifled one into the top bag, the entire away end applauded and sang "Sign him up". The kid proper milked it, and all the kids must have loved that.

I didn't think we played shit, we just didn't get going for 55 minutes. Did well in second half. Oldham had no goal threat.
