Massive game for both teams.Walsalls away form is pretty impressive, but recently so is our home form.A draw might not be the worst result but its a game both sides need to win.Think this will be a fairly open game.Hope for a home win 2-1.

Depends on a couple of things this game.

A) Will you give us time and space to play.
B) Will O'Connor be fit.
C) Will our defence cope with the millions of crosses and high balls Parkinson's teams always play.

If all 3 are a yes, we have a great chance of winning. If not, then it could be a poor afternoon like the Sheffield United trip recently.

How do you lose 4-0 to the 1-0 specialists?

Wow how easy was that, didn't see that coming. If it wasnt for the Walsall keeper it could of been a cricket score.Apart from one speculative shot that Williams tipped over the bar Walsall offered nothing as an attacking threat.

Didn't create much (might have been a different game if Hiwula hadn't hit the bar to be fair) and lost their heads when we scored. We could have scored 7 today. Bodes well for whoever has to play them in the play-offs.

Best away record in the league?! Finished 4-0, could've been 7, Etheridge in goal pulled off some absolute top draw saves. It's a result that's been coming tbf, only some unbelievably woeful finishing these last few weeks has stopped us achieving more

How pathetically predictable. Unfortunately for us we appear to have done enough to finish in the top 6 so I'll be forced to view the trauma that will be us playing with the pressue of the play-offs.

Terrible line up, terrible tactics and a terrible performance will come with it - who'd of thunk it?

Without Etheridge in net that could've been 6 or 7 quite easily.

We've peppered teams goals for a few games now; today a team finally took a battering. The play offs are obviously a lottery once you reach that point but on todays efforts I'd gladly take Walsall - though I assume that was a bad day at the office for them.

Those highlights really show how dominant we were. As per previous post, Etheridge really kept them in it.
Those replays don't do him justice tbf, live they looked a lot more impressive, the McArdle save for example second half was quality

Embarassing, judging by the highlights we didn't win a header against Hanson all afternoon. Some of the weak defending and marking is a total joke. We deserve to finish 7th, purely on how many chances we have missed to charge down Burton.

Walsall were poor but that was best we've played all season, especially at home. No one put a foot wrong. Evans and Cullen are both turning into class players, shame they're not ours.

We where there for the taking before today - that is the most galling thing for you, as you never capitalised on our drought of goals.
But...get your shit together and you can still go up. Oh, and win Tuesday and it's all back in the mix again

Looking strong for the play offs

I don't think anyone wants to meet us in the semis.

VP was electric today.

Can't argue with results and performances like today's but he has played some poor footy and we've seen some baffling tactics at times this year.

His style is always going to be divisive as its physical, direct and defence orientated but he has progressed the team every year and produces when it matters. I think the amount of people who truly want him out is very small though.

Not conceding goals is obviously a great trait to have. Think today was the 27th clean sheet of the season.

Hopefully we can pick up at the other end following 4 today.

Was it? Thought it was a poor atmosphere to be honest. Drummer drowning any vocal noise out

Well done Bradford anyway, looking solid right now. We were utterly awful throughout. An Atrocious time to play shite so late on in the season

A drummer drowning out 7,000 KOP. Yeah right.

I've heard it far louder, but we weren't bad yesterday. You must've left after the second goal went in.

Ask others about the atmosphere at VP - we've got a bit of a rep for it now going by most pre-match journalistic previews/social media.

Anyway, great result - we've been threatening to pummel someone for a while now.

I have to admit, at one point I thought I could hear the taxi outside beeping while waiting to pick the Walsall fans up.

Just my opinion from the away end that's all. Good ground anyway close and steep. Nice to see all sections getting involved too as oppose to just the 'home' end

And yes we all went haha, been on the beer from 8 so pissed up anyway, no loss as it was clear to see we weren't turning up at any point. Parked our mini bus at the corn dolly pre match, great boozer!
