That's the first, and last time I'm going to allow myself to "like" a gas post.

Peterborough should of had a man sent off apparently, last man offence... been incredibly comfortable according to commentators, but never feel comfortable with only a goal lead..
smith .... The dirty gas bastard

Routine win against compliant opponents, just what we needed after Saturday.

Not exactly sure they had a chance and we only played in fits and starts so the match won't live long in the memory. Bryan rightly received MoM, Pack I thought did well bar his standard lapses and Agard put himself about. The second goal was beautiful.

Smith was lucky Agard was going slightly wide otherwise it was a certain red.

Just wish the atmosphere was better down there.

Thinks fans are getting a bit lazy expecting us to win most games .... Atmosphere wise

Good win, never looked in doubt once we got the first. JET unfortunate to be dropped but Agard stepped up well, as did Pack.

Even more important with our run of away games now to have bounced back tonight.... On to Colchester ... Anything mk can do ( their narrow scrape over the line win tonight ). We improve on :box:

Peterborough have been fantastic opponents this season, kindly letting us walk to a 5-0 aggregate win both games following our only home defeats of the season.

Cheers Posh :hail:

Peterborough I think were giving Gillingham a run for 'worst performance of the season' tonight. What amazed me was them laying it around at 2-0 down - happy with the 2-0 defeat! Once it got to 2-0 we might as well have all gone home.

Joe Bryan had a cracker of a game. Agard looked a little better so can only be a good thing.

We have said for god knows how long how shit we are

No one ever seems to believe us until after the game.

We really are that bad. I have no idea how we're even near the play offs.

Interesting, but I have no doubt that between now and Saturday Peterborough will turn into 18 Pele's and soundly thrash us.

4/1 on the away win I have seen, that is ludicrous odds.

You played some good stuff actually just a little weak and fragile at the back.
An easy win for us really, very comfortable.

Let's hope so, eh?

Then again, im not sure how good 18 Pele's would do now, 74 year old men aren't exactly known for athleticism no matter how good they were at their prime.

Wow - I've seen us against Posh twice this season, and I've never seen two such untroubled wins; not a shadow of the side that spanked us 0-3 on our own turf last season (albeit under O'Dismal and his incredibly boring tactics.)

A walk in the park really as many have said, a few standout performers, Bryan was exceptional and played a part in both goals, the second massively. Pack and Smith were fantastic, and I much prefer them two as a midfield pairing rather than Elliot and Smith, as playing with Pack allows Smith to advance more, which is another strong part to his game.

I was shocked by Peterborough's incapability to keep the ball, and I hope that was just an off night for them, as if a side like that are really in contention for the playoffs, I'm appalled by the League we play in.

Yes it would involve Darragh and Fergie Jnr figuring out that cloning/time machine to make this possible.

They will turn into 16 Messi's with a couple of Neuer's thrown in. How's that Mr Picky? ;)

Which of our twelve games against you this season was the 'worst performance of the season'?
I take it not the last 1-1 draw? ;)

As been said that was as comfortable as you'll get. We didn't even play that well (i wouldnt say we were poor) but didn't look in trouble at any point. I'd say everyone was a steady 7, with maybe Bryan and Pack ( bar a sloppy ten miniutes) the standouts. Struggle to see how Peterborough score goals as they looked so toothless. Not one player stood out attacking wise.

Haven't seen the attendance last night, but lots of empty seats. Shame the 16000 that brought tickets the day before didn't fancy a much more important game. The atmosphere is dire too. I find myself in between wanting to blame people for not turning up and making noise or the club for some of its strange decisions off the pitch.

Ah well onto Saturday.

It's better, but im not sure how well a team of Messi's would do defensively, even with Neuer in goal ;)

As much as I agree that there have been some silly decisions, a flag doesn't make any noise or a good atmosphere (assuming this is one of those decisions you are referring to)

It's an accumaltaion of things, It's not just the flag, Although that is another example of how out of touch the club ( Bristol sport?) Is with the fans. Sometimes I think why do I bother? Yes the Football's good atm but when it comes to the 'matchday experience' it's dull #citywave. I much prefer away games! I don't think the stadium issues help either. Maybe I just need to get with the times!

To be fair, as manufactured as the #citywave thing was, the atmosphere has largely been cráp this season and it wasn't in that game

Don't think Bristol Sport are stopping anyone sing. The crap atmosphere is down to the fans, just as a good atmosphere is.

The more people that sing, the better the atmosphere, simples.

I do agree, Im trying to find a reason for it. Maybe we've just been spoilt with the East End in the past. I wonder if the fact we are expected to win has something to do with it? I go into every game thinking we are going to win. Maybe everyone is waiting for something to happen? I think if the singing section was closer to the away fans it would improve. Fingers crossed that when the stadium is complete it will improve because atm its damn right embarrassing!
