It's all Burnley at the minute, City look shakey. I can't see that lasting very long so they'll need to take advantage.

City fortunate to be level at the break. If they drop points here, they're plunged into the top 4 dogfight.

Burnley have started brightly in the second too, be interesting to see if they can keep this tempo up throughout.

Pellegrini looks 90 years old.

City wouldn't have deserved to get back into the game but that was a penalty.

Well that's a penalty. It looked a clear pen on first glance and that's usually a pretty good indicator. Refs are getting worse every week.

Yeah that's a penalty.

Burnley's work-rate is fantastic.

That's the title race officially over then, assuming Chelsea beat Southampton.

If City are still in the title race then so are Arsenal. City have meekly surrendered a title defence for the 2nd time.

Pellegrini has never convinced me, and this result has pretty much proved it. No trophies for City this season with the players they have is almost criminal, unless they get through the Champions League

Congratz Chelsea, for being slightly better than rest of the mediocre teams in the league.

Who had a cheeky £2 on 1-0 Burnley at 30/1 then?

Well done Burnley, a great result for them and it keeps them well in the hunt to stay up. I hope they can do it, they seem an honest, hard-working team with some decent players.

The title is over for City, but are they safe in second now?

The worrying thing is the City players don't even look that bothered about the league just now; they just seem to be half-heartedly going through the motions. If they carry on like this, they may even fuck up their CL qualification next season.

Incredible given the amount of money spent, just how average the league is.

Exactly. Pellegrini clearly isn't motivating them, for some reason. I think they probably need a manager in the mould of Simeone, Mourinho, Fergie, Klopp etc who is a great motivator and who creates a real "us vs them" mentality and gets some team spirit going. Most of the City players look like they couldn't give a toss about the results, the club, the manager etc

Could have easily been a pen at the end.

Mee never made any contact with Zabaleta. Strange that no-one can see it.
