Surely to god we can win this one with burys current form i thought they would be challenging earlier in the season but theyve lost the plot. Which one is the west stand any bury fans thats where we are sat. Iv been behind the goal both other times so presuming its that

I was quite impressed with Bury going forward yesterday, but by god with Reece Brown and Hussey in the back four they are terrible defence wise.
If they could sort there defence out they would be a decent side, though Sheff Utd aren't big goalscorers so it could be close.
On another thought I must say their fans were great yeserday, never stopped singing and joined in and applauded all the Jimmy hill tributes that took place yesterday.
They were a class above

Sorry blade man, didn't check stats I recall most of your games being low scoring, but obviously wrong about that.
If they play the same back four and goalie you should get a sackful then

Hoping we play the same team again as saturday although we werent very good there is a lot more balance in the midfield and a tad more pace too, there is actually players who like attacking instead of 4 6foot plus defensive lumps. The ball from baxter the other day is why hed be the 1st man on the teamsheet imo, he might be lazy and not the most mobile but he does stuff like that which no other player can. And the finish was pretty impressive too from adams hopefully his heads right and he can get a good run in the side but no doubt he will bring sharp back he fucking loves him.

Sharps our top scorer so hope he does bring him back if fit, sharp for DCL though as opposed to Adams

Im not bothered i dont rate him at all he misses far too many chances and brings nothing to the team going forward. Out of his 14 goals id guess 4 are pens and the same again have come in the odd few games weve won easily at home. Taking into account hes played in every league game i think bar 1 or maybe 2 his record is actually pretty average imo and dcl deserves more than 1 game to show his worth, give him a chance we are failing miserabely with sharp playing so lets stick with something different

Hes still 5th top scorer in the league, whether he misses chances or scores pens hes showed his worth. Wasn't impressed by his signing but he's done more than I expected. He may miss chances but id rather he got 3 a game and scored one than someone who gets fewer and subsequently scores less.

Fair enough I've only got forums and the radio to go off but it didn't sound like DCL was in the game much bar the header he missed. Would rather see him coming on against a tired defence and keep his confidence building.

Am not writing him off, just would rather have a proven goal-scorer in Sharp ahead of him. He had a decent run at Northampton, did well but hardly set the world alight, dont think he's ready to be our main striker yet. But coming off the bench (which he hasn't been doing) would be a good idea imo

-6/7 tonight. The pitch might not make it depending on how high it gets tomorrow. Blessing in disguise for us.

I actually thought Bury going forward were very decent, their midfield and attack hold there own in this league, but they have to sort their defence out pronto or they will be in big trouble.
They will score goals in most games, Clarke missed two sitters on Saturday, my wife would have scored them

Leon has missed hundreds of sitters this season. It's the reason why he's no better than league 1. Still a decent striker in this league but can be massively frustrating. Crewe at Home being a prime example.

If Sheffield United don't win this by at least 4, I will be disappointed.

In which case, get ready for a sample of the disappointment we Blades feel most weeks.

Any kind of win, and I'll be delighted. But I wouldn't be at all surprised if we lost tonight.
