They'll have to prise it out of Nick Pope's hands - he's only conceded six goals in 13 matches and has had five clean sheets in the last six. Cameron being suspended will be a miss - he has been a massive part of Bury's 'success' this season and is probably a good shout for player of the year, too. Can't see many goals in this game either and yet another tight affair. 1-1 is my prediction, which will do both sides no favours whatsoever.
We are missing our top scorer in Richards, and likely out most creative player in Holmes. Wilder is trying to bring in a new striker so hopefully someone will be in for this one. Cant afford a second loss in a row, need to keep the gap to the playoffs manageable.
We had Nathan Cameron on loan with us 2 seasons ago. Must say he looked raw but I liked what I saw. Had all the physical attributes to be a very good CB at this level. Plus he filled in Edgar Davids which was an enjoyable moment at Sixfields.
Agreed! Amazing how one signing can change your perspective on the team. Really fits in well, especially if Holmes is fit, they are all able to interchange.
Sounds like one more is wanted to be brought in though.
Great result, stuff like that is what takes a club up. The goal that went in by Etuhu reminded me of Ajose's that first game after Knill jumped ship. The first half we weren't at the races, second to a lot of tackles and deserved to be behind. Could have no arguments with Rileys sending off, it wasn't a good tackle. My issue was though yet again another poor ref. Northampton should have been down to ten with a lunge on Jones which was just as bad as Riley's but then again we could have had another one off for a bad tackle that the ref missed.
Ethuhu might just be hitting form we know he should be capable of. Easily the best performance I've seen from him since he joined.
