Can you be a football manager if you're not an ex footballer and what are the requirements and what is the precise degree required for it?
Some of the best managers didn't play/played at a very low level.
Whereas, not all the best footballers made decent managers
must be something about World Cup winning players.
(and yes, I am way ahead of you with Beckenbauer)
I think Glenn Roeder has proven that no, you can't.
You are totally right!!!Some of the best managers didn't play/played at a very low level.
Bobby Charlton, England's greatest player. Not a manager.
You can but would you be successful , You should love the game (why u didnt play it if u love it ) Of course its better for one manager to know what is to be a footballer and when they need help or to be motivated , In my opinion if a manager is not former player its better to become manager at SEGA's Football Manager games![]()
