Can you help me identify this football club? (Bromley maybe?)

I was wondering if anyone could help me identify the football club in this photo? Two of my relatives are in the background of the photo behind the team. They were both from East London. One of them was a Millwall supporter, however I don't think the team pictured is Millwall, as they seem to have a 'B' on their shirt. The photo is from round about 1936.

I thought maybe it could be Bromley FC, but I can't seem to find any proof. Does anyone have an idea which club this is?
