Can't Access 1FF? PM Me Your IP Address

It's no secret that we are moving towards getting a larger server setup once the Euro's finish, and recently people have been unable to access the site on certain connections (Home,Work,School,3/4G etc). From the people who have contacted me, all of their IP's seem present in the servers security firewall meaning they have been wrongly blocked from the website.

If you can't access the site on any connection, do a Google search for "What's my IP Address" (without quotes) and copy and paste the IP shown to me either in a PM on a connection you can access 1FF on, or give it to anybody you know on-site and ask them to forward it to me. I'll then check & most likely remove your address from the firewall and you'll be able to access once again.

This issue should resolve in full once we have more power behind us server side.

Either in a PM on a connection you can access 1FF on, or give it to anybody you know on-site and ask them to forward it to me.

Considering I don't have a close relationship with the overwhelming majority of our userbase, if they can't access the site at all, I can't really help them. Hopefully they'll be wise enough to speak to somebody they have on social networks etc and the message will get through to them.

I flushed the entire firewall so everybody should have access now- it just may reoccur before we switch setups so keep this thread in mind for future reference. Cheers, TB

This website is well worth using to get on.. https://www.unblock-anything.com/ - seems to work very well, load it, enter the URL.

Last nights server load was mistakenly understood as a DDoS attack (hence us upgrading shortly) and therefore IP's with multiple pageviews after the England game last night (which is essentially everyone) was blocked in the firewall. This has now been flushed.

Anyone continuing to experience problems please PM me with your IP address.

Plenty of alternatives;

- Take note of the website 'contact us' Email - which is onefootballforum@gmail.com FWIW.
- Use Facebook to send a message.
- Use 4G to log on if you have a phone.
- Try URL unblocker websites as linked above.
- Sit it out and it nothing improves over a couple of days, re-iterate the issue (its not something that's going to be a permanent issue, may just take a day or 2 until TB gets chance).

4g didn't work and I didn't have access to the forum to find the other info. All noted now.

However, if there's an issue that effects users, it might be worth tweeting it and/or posting in the Facebook group.
