Cardiff travel to Bloomfield road on Friday night to face bottom of the table Blackpool. Cardiff are unbeaten in the league under caretaker managers Danny Gabbidon and Scott Young, and in what seems to be their last game before Russell Slade takes over, they will want to claim their first away win. They drew 1-1 against Brighton on Tuesday night, a point picked up due to the fantastic performance from keeper David Marshall, who will be hoping to keep a clean sheet this time around. Blackpool also drew 1-1 on the road on Tuesday night, taking a point in Middlesbrough to earn their 2nd point on the road this season. Last time the two sides played, Cardiff won 2-1 on the coast, with Tommy Smith's fantastic strike separating the sides on the day.
The Bluebirds only absentee for this game is a long term injury for Ben Turner with an ankle problem that's keeping him out. They may hand a starting debut to Ravel Morrison who has impressed from the bench twice. They may also hand another start to center back Bruno Ecule-Manga who has impressed following his positive start to the season.
Blackpool have a few doubts in their small squad, midfielders Jose Miguel Cubero and Andrea Orlandi both have leg injuries and are unlikely to start against the Bluebirds. Peter Clark is also a doubt while goalkeeper Joe Lewis is ineligible as he's on loan from the visiting team.
Last time I predicted the Cardiff line up, I correctly called 9 out of 11 starting players, so any improvement on that score I will take as a success. My predicted line ups are-
Cardiff:
01 Marshall
02- Brayford
03- Fabio
05- Ecule-Manga
36- Morrison
07- Whittingham
19- Pilkington
20- Daehli
21- Ralls
38- Morrison
09- Jones

My predicted Blackpool line up is:
21- Parish
02- Daniels
03- Oriol
05- Mackenzie
28- Rentmeister
04- Perkins
07- Cywka
08- Mellis
10- Grant
14- Delfouneso
17- Miller

My score prediction for this match is Blackpool 1-2 Cardiff, even though Cardiff have a much stronger squad than Blackpool, the Championship can throw up any kind of surprises but I feel their squad strength will be to much.
