Last time we played Oldham we beat them 6-0 during a fantastic spell of form that propelled us into the playoff positions. How times change, things aren't going too well for Oldham either and this game is a chance for both teams to get some much needed points on the board.

We've something of an issue in midfield; with Jack Bridge suspended for this one to add to Stefan Scougall and Kelvin Etuhu both injured. We still have Canice Carroll, Mo Sagaf and Gethin Jones though to go alongside Mike Jones but there's going to be something missing in terms of attacking intent and link-up play.

Well we won, but that was a dire match between 2 terrible teams. We were marginally worse but won due to the one piece of decent play in the whole match.

Rapidly getting sick of pressley. He’s just a really shit manager who should have been sacked in the summer.

Pleased with the win obviously and it was Important as we have 2 tough games coming up that we’ll probably lose.

Yes it was a very poor and frustrating match to watch, the way we would mess up all those silly little 2 yard passes and touches and also trying to defend a 1-0 lead at home after just 3 minutes against a team even lower in the league than us does not fill me with confidence.

It's an important win that may keep us away from further trouble, but it's hard to find any kind of joy when we're a poor team still at the wrong end of the table and playing fucking awful.

I'm hoping that when Etuhu comes back we will do better because we really need someone with strength and quality in the midfield.

Oh and yeah I'm not really a fan of Pressley either, but I don't think there was anyone else who we could of went for if we got rid of him in the summer and he didn't exactly have money to spend on better players to be fair, these lot are all we could afford with the budget he had.

Shit times...
