One definite change from our normal league line-up is that our keeper Jordan Pickford has been recalled by Sunderland, so our 'cup keeper' Ben Williams will play. No issues with that as he's decent enough.

Given the cup replay with Reading is likely to be next Monday hot on the heels of Notts away on Saturday, Parkinson will likely rotate the squad - albeit we're limited in terms of 'quality' that we can bring in. He did it last Tuesday making 7 changes v Crawley and just about got away with it.

I suspect he will go with fairly near our cup line up for this game and change things around a bit at Notts.

Our form is variable at the moment but if we want to make 6th we need to be looking at 4 points from these two games. I'm by no means confident but I'll also go with 2-1 to us.

If we play to our potential we can win this. If we don't play to our potential then Coventry will win. If we both can't be arsed then it'll probably be a draw. Basically someone is either gonna win, lose or draw.

0-0.

If we play as shit as we did on Saturday then Bradford will only have to make sure they field 11 people who've actually seen a football before in order to get the three points

Bradford are better on poor pitches, and ours in probably worse than theirs after yesterday!

Oi Bradford, why are your manager and chairman trying to make us look like bad guys for not wanting to move the date of a match six days beforehand?

It's not your fault, it's frigging UEFA, they did us with the same rule last season, bastards.

Agreed, it's a crazy rule, but there was no way we were ever going to agree to moving the game at short notice. Putting aside any advantage it might give us, we'd be fucking over a load of our own fans for no real reason.

Coming out with stuff like 'we hoped they'd act in the spirit of the game' is a bit pathetic.

You'd have to ask would Bradford have switched their game had it been the other way round, i'd say not, clubs rarely give away any advantage be it physically or financially.

I don't think PP will make too many changes for this one - changes will most probably come against Notts County.

GK: Ben Williams

RB: Stephen Darby
CB: Rory McArdle
CB: Andrew Davies
LB: James Meredith

DMF: Gary Liddle

RCM: Filipe Morais
LCM: Billy Knott
CAM: Billy Clarke

ST: Jon Stead
ST: James Hanson

We really need three points here, but it's got draw written all over it.

1-1
800 City

Do not rate Williams at all. Team selection will be interesting...

Williams came on second half against Vale and looked at ease of the ball, play him centrally and we will reap the benefits.

For me we need to utilise the pace this squad now contains.

Burge

Phillips
Pennington
Martin
Stokes

Barton

Williams
Fleck

Odelusi
Samuel
Turgott

Would drop Jim despite his effort as from a footballing point of view he is limited.

Without looking I'm presuming it's Mark Lawn who has said that. Heart absolutely in the right place, but sometimes capable of perhaps ill-judged and emotive public comments.

He probably - somewhat naively - thought you'd do what Orient did, in agreeing to move our away game with them (to a Wednesday rather than Tuesday) after our 5th round tie with Sunderland got shifted to the Sunday. However, that was already an allocated midweek game so no real skin off Orient's nose. Suspect in these circumstances they'd have declined.

Don't blame Notts in the slightest for saying no, it's not for you to do us any favours like that. As others have said, I doubt we'd do the same favour for anyone else.

Swear Bradford gift points to all our relegation rivals. Ah well long as Rochdale thump Orient in Orient's game in hand it isn't too bad.

Sounds like another very poor performance.....so long as we're still in the cup though.

I believe this means that achieving the final play-off spot is technically in our own hands* :)

(*Until Saturday anyway, when we get slapped in the face by some Cods!)

Solid point. Proschwitz/Barton both pretty dreadful. We had chances to win it and Burge beat on his side for Yeates' goal is frustrating but we're getting better.

Burge was given dogs abuse by some for being beaten on the wall side vs Port Vale, so he adjusts and gets done the other side (which is something I mentioned more than once after Saturday) and its his fault again
