That's a cracking following - without potentially pissing on your parade, is it cheap tickets/free travel or have your fans just decided to make the most of your last few aways in the championship?
It's £5 tickets but normal coach travel. £35 or something, leaving at 7am

Wednesday seem to go unnoticed as robbing bastards because it's more fun to hate on Leeds.

Will be £35/36 at ours next season for 4 or 5 clubs, £31/32 for the majority and £28/29 for the tinpot clubs. If were in this league that is.

It doesn't go unnoticed to us, the away tickets are the cheapest in the ground same as the Kop, the other 2 stands are even more expensive.
At least at Leeds they don't rob all their own fans, we fucking do, (most matches) disgraceful.

Ours aren’t much better mind.

But that’s still criminal. Shame really, reckon we could easily get 2K up there if we carry from the last two games.

More and more clubs are managing to squeeze £30+ out of fans.

Fans keep paying it though, and will continue to do so. The clubs know this.

It's not as if the match day experience is improving either, which would go some way to justifying the price hikes.

As a home fan, You turn up, sit in silence (or get looked at like you're a nonce if you do chant) - you get people pissing about vlogging or checking bets etc on their phones, kids running all over the gaff chucking shit about, and you get to listen to the away fans, thinking they're sick, singing a plethora of cringey ironic chants referencing how shit your town and your support is.

It really is as bad as I've ever seen it.

You get to witness the football team you support passionately though, so I suppose that's the decisive redeeming factor, in what is an otherwise shite experience nowadays.

Away days are still alreyt though.

Bit all over the shop that post, and I seem like a right miserable bastard, but there we are.

My old schoo' brothers will know where I'm coming from tho.

Nah it’s spot on. I sit in the east stand at Oakwell and periodically check the scores on my phone while the nutters in the Ponty end sing “can you hear the east stand sing I can’t hear a fucking thing”

Lets not forget Norwich, £35 for us on Good Friday, live on sky, late kick off, no trains back.

I'm still going. :bg:

Over 14k STs sold already, if in this division next season should be looking at around 16k again which is a fair effort I think.

Jose - chuck us the game mate.
You qualified for Brentford tickets? Read you're only getting 1900 at Ipswich as well, that's gonna be fucking carnage if you need to win to go up. Ridiculous decision.

If I was an Ipswich fan I'd be happy with that, spend the day boozing in Manchester and not have to travel to the arse end of nowhere to watch my team lose again.

But the game will be rearranged anyway

If things go ok in the next 2 games, you will have thousands of blades actually cheering if Wednesday score, it will be very strange. No denying it, I will be one of them.
