Now he's been sacked, it all seems to make sense!

So far 9 clubs in the Championship have had a change of manager. Will we see any more go before Christmas?
Cotterill possibly.

Think you should colour Carsley/Warnock differently as they weren't really sacked (which is what it looks like), was always going to be a temporary position.

Just my two cents anyway..

Agree with this. They were only ever interim/caretaker managers.

Updated with Brian McDermott and re-coloured Carsley and Warnock as suggested.

If Carsley and Warnock have been added on there after being named interim manager, why hasn't Stuart Gray been added on for Fulham?

Plenty of calls for Bruce to be sacked on Twitter from the Hull fans. Seems harsh to me, although they were shocking today.

Ramsey back to QPR as technical director.

Now I have seen everything.

Hopefully not.

I hope you've revised this!
Anyway, I'm happy to say I've been backing Cotts for the sack since we lost to Reading on 19th September 2015 so I'm on no band wagon now. In fact I've been two stops ahead of the band wagon in the next town along for a while.

I didn't like him when we appointed him, he won me around despite the negatives around him but then his glean has worn away very quickly this season. Thanks for the memories of 2014/2015 Steve but please hop-it now.

It might not be his fault after all; maybe it is that our system and club structure is broken behind the scenes but I'd rather we tarnish a second manager in doing so than just let Steve ride it out.

Good idea - let's sack a manager one week into the transfer window that only lasts a month, spend a week or two getting a replacement in, give him time to evaluate the squad, and leave him with a couple of days to get in the transfers.

Stick with him, I've respect for him that he didn't walk after the summer shambles.

Without starting a row, aren't you making an awful lot of assumptions about what happened last summer there JJH? We don't actually know in all honesty.

Yes, but given there's nothing to go by otherwise I'll take Tetbury's word for it - after all, he's been very credible in the past on OTIB.

Indeed. I can't argue with that bud.

I take your point though, I was sceptical of it at first, but given it's all I have to go I'm making my mind up with this in mind.

I can see why people are turning on him though, at the end of the day the rot stops with the manager in football more often than not, and I can see why people would like a more high profile change and someone else to vent their frustration at rather than one behind the scenes (John Pelling).

The best thing to do IMO is keep Cotts because the players clearly seem to like him and so changing now would end up with the players even lower on confidence and might get us relegated. Plus sacking him now would cause another terrible transfer window AGAIN

You could. Argue that so would keeping him.

Sorry Josh, I'm with the North Ender on this one.
you have sinned

If you are talking about the Transfer Window thing i mentioned the yeah, but at least give us a chance at getting players into the side and not changing managers midway through the window that would 100% mess up everything. And if you mean even keeping him would relegate us then that is a possible argument, but I think that if we keep him we have a better chance of staying up because of his man-management skills. If we sack him then fuck knows what happens next, we could climb to mid-table, or we could sink to bottom. It's a matter if we are willing to take that unpredictable lottery that in my opinion would 75% take us back down to the Third Division.

Charlton's new manager is apparantly going to be Nebojsa Vignjevic.
