Actually got 7 points from 9 but still not that convincing and probably fortunate at Pompey to draw .

Fans want the manager out despite the little run of improved form with some saying it was the players getting results in-spite of the boss.

Oh, so this forum is alive still?

We beat Charlton in a very comfortable afternoon. Osmajic didn't even come off the bench as Dobbin and Jebbison were excellent up top with a goal and an assist between them.

Thierry Small with a goal against old club after they were giving him abuse was sweet. Guy is going to be a serious player, 2 in 2 from RWB, and another call up to the England U21s.

Thought we might struggle without Pol Valentin, but we moved Small to the other side, and Vukcevic has come in at LWB and put in two MOTM performances.

I also need to mention Harrison Armstrong. Can't believe this guy is 18, makes the game look effortless, and I understand Everton hype. Every chance he'll be a full England international.

Great start to the season. Should have an idea if we're actually top 6 contenders by the end of November.
