Shortlist has been announced - Ross McCormack, Andre Gray and Alan Judge are the three nominees.
Judgey fully deserves that, been an absolute shining light in a terrible season, we'd be as bad as Bolton without him.
Hopefully he wins it to at least part make up for the terrible injury he has. I'd love to get him down to a new contract but given he won't pass any sort of medical this summer I worry we're going to end up losing him on a free in 12 months time.
Andre deserves his place on this list, shame we couldn't have kept such an awesome squad together, but hey ho!
McCormack, while great, is the one who I'd question on this list, there've been some really standout performances over the whole season from other players who might deserve it more.
