Mark Warburton.jpg Mark Warburton- Looking to end a tough week as Brentford manager on a high.

Charlton and Brentford meet at The Valley for the first time in January 2012 when Charlton were 2-0 winners.

Johnnie Jackson should start again for Guy Luzon's men after a calf injury along with Callum Harriott and Rhoys Wiggins but The Addicks will still be without Franck Moussa and goalkeeper Stephen Henderson despite the former West Ham man returning to training. Roger Johnson may make his debut for Charlton along with Tony Watt who joined The Addicks in the January transfer window.

Brentford will be without Jake Bidwell who will be starting his 3 match suspension after his straight red against Watford on Tuesday. Brentford may be without James Tarkowski and Alex Pritchard but manager Mark Warburton will be hoping for the duo to be fit. Alan McCormack is fully fit after returning from his injury but Alan Judge and Lewis Macleod are still out for The Bees. Scott Hogan has returned to training this week but is still a long term doubt.

Overall, this will be a match Brentford will be expecting to win but due to the current situation with Mark Warburton; The Bees may find this a tough fixture. Guy Luzon will be looking for his first win as Charlton manager in this match and The Addicks will be hoping to end a terrible run of 15 matches without a win; (The last Charlton win coming against Reading under Bob Peeters at the beginning of November).

Predicted Line-ups
Charlton- Dmitrovic, Solly, Ben Haim, Bikey, Wiggins, Gudmundsson, Buyens, Jackson, Cousins, Watt, Vetokele
Brentford- Button, Odubajo, Tarkowski, Dean, Craig, Douglas, Diagouraga, Pritchard, Jota, Dallas, Gray

2-1 win. We always concede, but fancy us to score a couple with a large away following!

Hoping Brentford will drop some points here, I'll go for 2-1 Charlton.

Was really hoping there wouldn't be a thread created so I could avoid talking about this game.

Home defeat with our lowest home attendance this season.

1-3

Also worth mentioning that the atmosphere was toxic on Tuesday night, so if (when) we go 1-0 down, I can't see us getting it back.

A surprise 2-1 Charlton win and their first win since they beat us in November.

Don't think you're the only one mate, I wouldn't be surprised to see only around 10,000 home fans tomorrow.

Yeah 10k tops. Never really felt like this about Charlton before. I barely celebrated when we scored our goals vs Norwich.

Yeah sad state of affairs.

I've been going for 21 years and have never felt so disconnected from the club as I do now and can't see when it's going to get any better. At least the Blackpool owners know they're tools, ours are just ripping the club apart and lying to us about it.

Strongest side I've seen us put out for months, Henderson back in goal, 2 up front. Hopefully this bodes well and we can turn this form around.

I'm still not confident though.

We have been terrible so far. Making Charlton look a good side. Letting your players just walk through our defence. You deserve your 1-0 lead

One of our worst performances this season, if not the worst. Didn't deserve anything from the game, and only Dean looked motivated for it at all. Now out of the top 6 as well, how quickly things change!

Worst I've seen us play this season by a mile. All the off the field shit has fecked up our season big time. Gutted.

Well, I didn't see us winning another game all season, let alone so emphatically.

We look a different side with Henderson back in goal, 2 up front and players playing in their correct positions. Thoroughly deserved win, could have been more had it not been for Button.

Such a difference is made with two up top, Watt and Vetekole look like they can be a very dangerous partnership, they gave Brentford problems all afternoon but have to praise the whole squad today, very good display, showed some fight along with some quality and the fans responded in kind.

Has to be said though, no chance Brentford will make the play-offs based on that level of performance, pretty much second best in every way today.

Fantastic day, had forgotten what that winning feeling was like and no other teams around us won which is handy. Only blighted by the first half injuries to Wiggins and Jackson. Bit of breathing space again and a big game at Wigan coming up next week.
