That's good from Fenty. Which makes our stance even more puzzling. And I'm guessing they only need a majority vote to put it through. Perhaps we're just using it as an excuse to enable essentially an underage team without punishment.

Fenty said a few weeks back if it went back to U21 he would be for it, and nothing has changed that in that statement

So there was a meeting today with EFL clubs to discuss what will be voted on come May.

Three options
1) revised B team comp
2) revert to what it was prior to this season
3) scrap altogether

The revised comp will be
Regionalisation until the quarters
Less strict on first team players for lge 1 and 2 sides ( under new rules only 2 clubs would have been fined this season)
Significant increase in prize money (rumoured to be another 1m)

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that any club that doesn't consult its fans will voted for the revised format just because of the prize money increase.

"Less strict"

In other words only Luton and Portsmouth would've been fined. They had an open goal to get us to support it and they still missed it.
