If the referee has looked at the video and said 'yes, I would have sent him off' who can they appeal to? Are they going to get him to watch it again and say they'll be his best mate if he changes his mind?

Can't wait for us to get stuck into this shower of thundercunts. We won't miss Costa as much as some of you are making out....Remy/Drogba are well capable on their day...and tbh Remy running at that clown Kompany spells problems for City.

Ramires will play in midfield with Matic....He was superb against Liverpool and definitely protects our defence more than Fabregas.

Obviously I'd rather have Cesc playing but I don't think this is such a bad thing. Costa not playing might hurt us....but the two striker behind him are just as deadly when given the chance.

He's probably better as a number 10 but Oscar is far too good to be sitting on the bench so him playing deeper is alright. In the big games I like to see Ramires/Mikel play alongside Matic.

So who goes to the bench in the big games, Oscar or Fabregas?

I always felt Fabregas has a bit of the curse of being neither a clear cut 10 or a clear cut 8. He's not strong enough defensively to be a world class nr 8, and his end product (especially scoring goals) isn't quite there to be a world class nr 10.

Depends who we're playing really. Last year we were fantastic against the good teams, well drilled and pressing etc. which Fabregas isn't great at. We struggled against shit teams with 10 behind the ball and that's where he can really excel, breaking them down with a great pass/assist.
