Chelsea have been incredibly lucky to hang on to this lead. PSG have pissed all over them for 90 minutes.

I could have saved that Zlatan header, Clive needs to calm the fuck down.

Have they always spread CL knockout games out like this?
Only in the past few seasons and yeah, the new format is fucking shit. Three weeks until the return leg, load of balls.

UEFA milking the extra TV money.

----------

Good game in the end, one of the most entertaining Chelsea away games in recent history. PSG were the more dangerous side, but they didn't create anything significant other than crosses into Ibrahimovic and Cavani (apart from that nice Cavani run). Cavani is so much fun to watch, like a huge Carlos Tevez.

Zlatan is simply impossible to stop in the air, but I thought his flick on headers were uncharacteristically poor tonight. The two decent headers he had tonight went straight at Courtois.

0-1 or 1-1, still a great result for Chelsea, as per usual in Europe.

Sure enough my streams fucked up so I wasn't able to watch the first 15 minutes of the second half (ie the best part of the game). I'll give my views after watching it tomorrow.

Chelsea were poor but still got a result. Nothing to see here.

Mourinho football. i.e. remembering that it is a 2 leg tie and doing enough in the first match to put yourself in a good position to progress, in the most efficient and effective way possible. Still think Atletico would KO them again if they meet.

Finished 1-1.
But thought PSG were the better team and should have won it. The saves Courtois made were ok, not exceptional.
Second leg will be interesting. PSG must score. Shame it's not for another 3 weeks!

Disappointing performance, and an extremely poor goal to concede. Nicely worked from PSG but pretty criminal that no one picked Cavani up. Paris had the better chances but they didn't dominate in any other respect. Pretty confident of getting the result back at Stamford Bridge.

Just caught the highlights. PSG dominated the game and will be very disappointed that they did not win the game. Chelsea will be favourites to go through now, but I wouldn't be surprised if PSG do. Lots of talent in their squad, more than capable of scoring two at Stamford Bridge.

Video from the metro in Paris tonight. It makes me feel sick watching this. Hope they're identified and banned for life. It does our reputation no good whatsoever....and can I reiterate that this is a minority.

I've been going to Chelsea as long as I can remember (I'm 22) and I've never seen anything like this....I don't know what sort of crowd we attract on euro aways but they certainly don't represent our fan base.

Obviously not all Chelsea fans are scum, but you do seem to have your fair share. The headhunter firm is notoriously racist. It was the same last time you played PSG. Racist trouble in other away ties in recent years.

Last time we played psg some of our fans knocked over a shoe stand and the media reported it as us 'rampaging through paris'

I won't deny in the 70's to 90's chelsea had a reputation but that is long gone. Every club in the county has a fair share of idiots...

"Every club has its idiots" doesn't really cut it. Chelsea have a long-standing and well-deserved reputation for racism and anti-semitism. The influx of plastic fans since the late 90s has done nothing to change this.

The disgraceful Anton Ferdinand chant came out at a Euro away game as well didn't it? Obviously these idiots think they can get away with it when they take a jolly to the continent.

It's a shame that the black fella wasn't some sort of special forces Bruce Lee fuck 'em up type of guy who could have Krav Maga'd their asses under the tracks.

I've had a Catalan and an Italian friend (who live in their respective countries) post this on facebook this morning. Great advert for the nation.

Not being funny but the average Stamford Bridge watcher these days are a bunch of Tarquins with the missus and her selfie stick in tow, so I'm not surprised you don't sit next to the likes of the above knobheads in the video.

Chelsea's older fanbase are well known for this sort of behaviour, I'd be very surprised if they aren't speaking to Police about their behaviour in the next day or two, no doubt they're well known to the OB.

It's good that Chelsea have condemned their racist fans. It's a shame this is undermined by them failing to condemn their racist captain.

Tbh I wasn't in Paris last year or this year so I'm not in a position to say what happened....but from what I've heard from people over there the Media overhyped what happened.

Not being funny but the average Stamford Bridge watcher these days are a bunch of Tarquins with the missus and her selfie stick in tow, so I'm not surprised you don't sit next to the likes of the above knobheads in the video.

There's still a very large number of people that go to Stamford Bridge who have been following them since the 'old days'. I sit in the Shed End...you get the odd tourist but most are 'proper' supporters....I've still never heard anything like what we've seen in this video.

You get the Tottenham songs using the y word...but that's it.

*sigh* Depressing incident. I think this is a diminishing part of our supporter base (as much as some people would like to believe otherwise) but it's clear there's still a moronic element there. I've seen nothing but universal condemnation on CFC blogs/forums.

Club Statement:
Chelsea Football Club has released the following statement regarding the reported incident on public transport in Paris yesterday (Tuesday):
'Such behaviour is abhorrent and has no place in football or society. We will support any criminal action against those involved in such behaviour, and should evidence point to the involvement of Chelsea season ticket holders or members the club will take the strongest possible action against them including banning orders.'

Singing "We're racists... And that's the way we like it".
Just when you thought you've heard it all.

Mind boggling the mentality of some people.
