We're unbeaten away from home in six games, with one defeat in 12. Hopefully Egan will be fit after picking up a knock at Bristol City, with him in the side I feel confident we can get a result of some sort in Derbyshire tomorrow night.

How did your lot look on Saturday, Spireites?

Is this the ambassadors reception? We're getting spoilt here...not only are you capable of spelling Spireites correctly, you know we're Derbyshire and not some other god awful place nearby. You must be L1's most knowledgable fan.

Should we defend as we did on Saturday, there's every chance you'll win...especially since our main goalscoring threat was recalled by his parent club a day later.

However, we are blessed with a quality manager who is very good at pulling rabbits out of hats and we very rarely get battered. I'm not going to rush to the bookies with money on a Gills win, but you definitely have a decent chance.

With Lavery's recall I think that pretty much ends our season. Suspect Cook will try and get by with 'our' players in prep for next season. I don't think we'll see Armand again even though we can't recall him for another 2 weeks anyway - something's gone off there.

In summary I doubt we'll score and will probably gift wrap a couple of goals for you.

Hopefully we can be more positive than Brizzle allowed us to be on Saturday. That said, we did defend very well,

2-3 perhaps?

A win to start off the final 10 game run-in would do us wonders. I echo what Sludge says and hope that Egan's fit, looked like he picked up 3 separate injuries in the game at the weekend but hopefully be good to start even so.

How's Dan Jones doing now? Potentially facing Loft tonight?

Ooh I'd forgot about that.

Probably not, Jones seems to be on the out at the moment (not sure he's been forgiven for the punch up and sending off) and Clucas currently is most-favoured left back. Although he could be striker tonight so who knows .....

Something's not right with him, probably injured but definitely not the player that we saw in the early months of the season.

He does get injured a lot. He also seems to enjoy a honeymoon period to get himself settled then goes completely off the boil. All sounds very familiar!

I quite want to go tonight, but I can't be arsed to drive. What a quandary.

Save your money for Orient - train down and a few drinks in London, far better!

I was gonna come down for the O's game, it's a good day out and we usually take a fair few to their splinter-ridden gaff.

Cheers Joe, a night on the sofa with match commentary awaits! Je suis une plastique.

Haven't we already been involved in a "historical game" with Gillingham?

*Talks under breath*
Didn't we maybe, possibly lose 10-0 to them one time.

It's payback tonight Gills, i mean i've no idea who's going to get us 1 goal never mind 10 but yeah, payback.

You could argue that the game that won you the league a few years back and deprived us of the play-offs could be classed as payback? That was a fun day out considering we never really expected a result, and Chesterfield fans seemed pretty sound.
