Real six pointer this :) ... Win and we're within 5 of you, lose and the gap's 11.

Kev likely to play?

Probably.

We are awful at the moment, would expect a decent side to put us away quite comfortabley.

Nah, i'm not having that!

me too, not having that, just won away at the blades and also put Norwich out of the cup as well, although some indifferent results in the league & JPT recently.
Daniel Johnson signed, Garner back, Ebanks-Blake, Super Kev and Beckford up front, some choice their for Grayson.

we are playing some utter shite at the moment, and if you read this forum regularly you will see me and SF have been saying it for weeks/months. However we are capable of putting in a very good performance ever now and then so who knows. Still haven't decided whether or not to go to this, I probably won't though

Can see Chesterfield taking us apart here, possibly another 3-0 shitfest like we had at Rochdale.

He's only played 2 games. I didn't go to Crawley so no idea but he was okay yesterday. Didn't do anything spectacular but looks a really good prospect.

He's only played twice, took a while to get going yesterday but he looks a classy player.

I think Grayson will play him in a midfield three though, rather than behind the striker (Gallagher's position) so there's a chance he will be wasted here.

Had no idea that DJ was at Preston. Will be interesting to see if he raises his game for us.
Big big game. Even being 5th in Feb, i'm still all about 50 points. But if we win this somehow, i'll begin to dream of a playoff adventure, especially with having LO the following Saturday, could end up putting some real pressure on the teams with games in hand.

I think we'll line up the same, 4-4-2. However, i'd like to see Raglan come back in, very harsh on the lad. Also, I like O'Shea, but him on the right leaves us vulnerable. I'd rather give Duffy a go. Or even Bolly.

strange consideration; Bolly a player who's still yet to start in the league above a number of others available..

Cant see many changes to Saturday, with Raglan & Hird town are weaker in the air at the back, especially at set pieces......,
with Raglan/Hird and Evatt you've got the aerial strength but a lack pace on the deck.

Can see Evatt starting especially if KD is playing up front for PNE

Not looking for one. You were the one using language likely to cause offence.

Could go either road this one I think. If PNE are on it, we'll probably lose, as we've had a mistake in us at the back over recent weeks.

Preston fans underestimating their side again, common theme on here really - just covering there backs if they lose. They're a good side in 4th in the league so they clearly aren't shit - not many teams will go to Bramall Lane and take them apart like Preston did in the 2nd half last week.

So much negativity and league positions suggests they should just get behind the side and have a bit of faith!

Think it will be a draw, 1-1.

We've performed well in 2015 twice, both times in the FA Cup.

We're fucking awful in the league, picking up 2pts against three sides in the relegation zone and fluking a win against Coventry on Saturday.

No covering our backs, we're genuinely crap as numerous key performers from the first half of the season have gone to pot. Fuck knows where we would be without Paul Gallagher.

I genuinely think you will tonk us.

Anyway, a guess at a team:

Johnstone
Wiseman, Clarke, Huntington, Laird
Welsh, Kilkenny
Humphrey, Johnson, Gallagher
K. Davies
Personally i'd like to see Humphrey dropped for Reid and King given a go alongside Welsh for a bit of presence. Our midfield is far too soft, get those to in to do the dirty work and let Johnson and Gally play.

We won't tonk anyone in my eyes - more than capable of winning but even though you are in bad form I see the top 4 as not really catchable. Nobody from 5th downwards is likely to go and win 6/7 games in a row apart from maybe Sheff U or Peterboro and I can't see any of them doing that anytime soon. We are all too inconsistent to mount a challenge.

Though this is our best chance of the play offs so hope we make a real go at it as in the play offs anything can happen - we have already beaten MK Dons twice, drew away at yours so we'd fancy our chances in the play offs against anyone apart from Swindon for me - who I thought were the best side we've played by a long way.

On Saturday he played cm, left wing, right wing and behind the strikers for a bit. He'll probably be at centre back tomorrow.
