No Martinez who is out for 6 months and no Talbot for us which are blows. Novak returns however which is a plus!

We have no right back currently so either a centre half or centre mid will pay there which isn't ideal.

Are Wigan any good yet? Still think they may well be up there so this will be a tough game.

Many coming down from Lancs for this?

Poor old Martinez, he's probably done for the season now andd we've only just got him! I think it 'll be a tough one this.

I'd probably take a point. Right back will be an issue but hopefully we can muddle through.

You can't really judge on one game but when we played them a couple of weeks ago they passed the ball sideways a lot and seemed more concerned with keeping the ball than what they were actually going to do with it.
They had very little end product, which is fortunate because if they do get decent ball to their front players they have real quality up top.
They did, however, look awful at the back.
Having said all that, I would be surprised if they are not top 6 at the end of the season, albeit with a different manager.

Who is Wigan's manager? I've literally no idea. Oh actually, Caldwell isn't it?

If you press Wigan high then chances are you'll get hold of the ball in advanced areas - their defenders aren't good enough to play the passing out from the back game which they've obviously been told to try.

Fancy losing from 2-0 up. Absolutely awful. That's the kind of sickening result which could start a bad spell

Didn't see that coming at all, i'd been saying how impressive our teamwork was at 2-0 up, then we inexplicably refused to attempt to touch the ball for the remaining 25 mins.

A disastrous 24/48 hours given the result and the probable triple injury blow.
