Chesterfield are struggling so far this season after a loss of players in the summer and then the strange appointment of Mr Relegation, Dean Saunders. Bradford started slowly but recently put a run together where they didn't concede in 6 games. Still direct and physical under Phil Parkinson you always expect them to be a threat from set pieces.

3 points. This is our Christmas gift to you, Bradford.

Can we just cancel this season or something?

This has Chessie win all over it.

We haven't played in the league for three weeks, so the lads have had plenty of rest, and they're in a poor run of form.

0-2 away win? Not sure, seems an age since we last played so I'm basing this largely on Chesterfield's negativity at the minute

Good win but we've got to learn to take chances.

Hit the post twice today and a couple of good saves from Lee. City should have had 2 or 3 really.

Can't see where the next goal is coming from (o.g. probably) never mind the next point. Seemingly no fit full backs at all now. Tommy strapped up to continue. Going down.

Good to see us taking advantage of an opponents bad form so a pleasing win, sets us up nicely for over Christmas where we have a decent chance of a shifting up into a play off spot

We're down unless a new manager can come in and work wonders

Chesterfield, usually one of the away games you're not bothered about going to just like Port Vale and Swindon but I actually had a good day out there yesterday for what is probably going to be our last visit there for a while. They were one of the worst sides that I've seen this season and I expect they will be in a relegation battle nearer the end of the season, how that was only 1-0 I don't know.
