Little story about Foals,
They recently were touring South America for a bit and a few of my mates got tickets to see them in Lima.
After waiting over an hour outside they get in to the venue and stand about with everyone else waiting and happen to notice most of the band stood on a balcony off to one side somewhere (It was never mad clear to m where this balcony exactly was in relation to the stage). Anyways it starts getting closer and closer to their start time, and eventually went past their supposed start time, meanwhile there's no instruments or anything set u on the stage and the band are still up on the balcony chilling drinking ect.
After about an hour later than their supposed start time, one of my mates group, who was quite pissed up and pissed off by this point, marched up to below the balcony and starts shouting at them basically asking what the fuck are they doing and when are they going to start playing ect. They basically told him the singer got ill in Colombia and had flown back to UK and that they weren't going to be playing that night.
So basically they'd cancelled the gig but no one had said anything and just let everyone in anyway after waiting outside and inside for a few hours now. My mates just left without saying anything to anyone and said that still no one had told the crowd the gig was cancelled when they were leaving.
