Having seen the angle from behind the goal, it does appear that the Dale defender gets a touch on the ball. Still a bit of a wild challenge on that pitch nonetheless. And I'm still convinced the referee was guessing as the only angle that definitively proves he won the ball was from in the stands.

Their penalty gets more laughable every time I see it. Halliday doesn't even make a challenge. There's two players running and a tangle of legs.

After watching both incidents back neither were a pen simple as that, anyone at the game could tell the ref was guessing with most decisions though which I think with fans is often where the frustrations come from, lack of consistency. PL fans don’t know they’re born.

The ref we got against Leyton Orient will give him a run for his money I bet.
I know, I'm still seething he awarded you the corner that led to your first goal when it was clearly, unarguably, a goal kick.
Dreadful officiating.

You’re seething? You still won the game. I’m not even seething and we lost.

Relax, try to chill out, learn to smile again. Perhaps some meditating, a bit of yoga.
