McClaren had experience of managing in the Premier League, and even has a League Cup to his name.

It would be a huge risk to hand the reins over to someone like Seedorf.

Seedorf can do a great job at Newcastle imho.

He's got great contacts as he knows everybody. He could perhaps get some decent players in and then it'd be down to if he could manage them as I think he'd be a decent coach.
