We continue our chopping and changing
Nathan Mavila has been released after less then a month at the club and Dumebi Dumaka has gone on loan to Dulwich.

Seth Twumasi is still training with the club, so i wouldn't be surprised if we officially sign him soon.

Bet he plays tomorrow, if he's any good it'll be a good signing, can play LB and RB (looks like RB is his main but could do with back up for Millsy)

As I suspected, Twumasi starts at RB, Evans on bench

We've signed Dave Syers, latterly at Guiseley I believe. 20 min cameo today, scored and won a penalty. Looks like he'll do well at our level.
He played in a couple of pre season friendlies, didn't look at all fit/sharp enough but I think was signed on. Then Leeds agreed to loan us Alex Purver who we'd been trying to sign on loan for a while so Dave was back out of the door he'd just walked through!
I think he'll prove himself a great addition for you once he is match fit.

Scott Heard is on the brink of becoming Folkestone Invicta’s third talented youngster to make it into the full-time game after the Ryman League Premier Division club accepted a bid from Vanarama National League Dagenham & Redbridge for the all-action midfielder.

We had him on trial 15 months back.
He looked ok, but nothing amazing....must of made some improvement cos he just looked like you average Ryman standard player.

Cue the 'why didn't we sign him?' from Dover fans everywhere, despite none of them having ever seen the lad play

Andy McWilliams signs for Altrincham. Any thoughts, York / Barrow / Guiseley / Harrogate / Stalybridge / BPA fans?

We had him in Conference North, and he was injured a fair bit. He started the season as a regular but was caught out quite a bit - I'd say a solid 6/10 player, but nothing more.

Sleighty - did you like my post because he's rubbish? As someone has just posted on our forum, he was the 2nd choice left back for the Conference North's worst team, after all.

Cheers, Monkey Tennis, btw

Elliott Whitehouse finally signs from Nuneaton.

Two other clubs in this league, thought to be Eastleigh and another (FGR?), were also interested.

We've signed centre-back Terrell Thomas on loan from Charlton. He was here for the first few months last season and wasn't great. At least we now have someone who can play CB given our INJURY CRISIS.

Splashing the cash as usual, heard you blew the other club's offers out of the water. #moneybags #buyingtheleague

This sort of massive spending shouldn't be allowed. About time FFP was introduced at this level.

Expensive day for Lincoln today (relatively speaking) with the Raggett tribunal as well! Figure released tomorrow apparently.

Probably just about spends the initial Margetts fee, although the FA Cup will have already put another £15k-£20k in the kitty so a bit more left over.

Lincoln are NOT bankrolled. There was only a Twix and a 50p increase to the budget.

This is not newsworthy, we knew they were Going For It™ anyway under that dodgy South African 'investor'.
