He was picked up last season by Hartlepool playing Northern League football for Dunston (in Gateshead), it was a bit of a surprise as he never looked anything special for Dunston. But he did ok for Hartlepool, scoring a few goals as they surprisingly stayed up. It'll be interesting to see how he gets on at this level.

Aldershot have signed our highly rated 18 year old first year pro Louis McGrory on a 1 month loan.

Talented midfielder, who can play central, wide right and even at right back if needed. Be interesting to see how he does.

We've signed Jordan Stewart from Swindon until the end of the season. Winger/ striker/ AM. Don't know anything about him. Hope he's better than Hurst's other signings since Jan (bar Nolan and Jennings).

No idea Boz, he's our top scorer too. Hardly prolific but still a bizarre decision. Tom Craddock and Olli Johnson are both just back from injury but nowhere near match fit and neither have Liams robust attributes.

Craig Stanley's triggered an appearance clause (25) so he's got another year here.

Stanley has done pretty well to be fair. Shame about his injuries but he's worth another year I think.

Yeah, he's done well to be fair but on the flip side of that, our central midfield options this season haven't been great. Slightly worried that we already have Power, Stanley and Tempest (apparently agreed a new deal) tied down for next season because none of them are particularly mobile and means that our next midfield signings (or perhaps two) have got to be very good or we'll be going into next season with the same issues as this.

Bit harsh on Tempest, by far our most mobile CM and takes a very decent corner too.
I do agree we do need quicker in thought and legs in there for next season and someone who can hit defence splitting passes.....
