CONMEBOL Sub-Forum

[Libertadores FC]

As you all know, I love South American football, and there is a few others here who take a slight interest in it.

So here I am requesting a CONMEBOL section. The Worldwide Domestic Football section looks a bit like a mess now, and more like The Worldwide Liberatdores FC Football forum.

I think I can do good at engaging activity here, and think a switch from WWDF to CONMEBOL would be a good switch as me and Voltage will both always be posting there. Saddler from time to time as well.

The WWDF stays as it is, but I think me, Voltage interest in all around South American football really helps it, and Lordofthepies is a fan of Boca Juniors as one of his clubs. Saddlerrad sometimes shows up in the threads, and the Peruvian League thread while its mostly me, sometimes has appearances from other members and Megaclyde.

I think this could work personally. I would love to help build this section

well then reversely it would detract from the worldwide football forum then, no? i'm not sure what there is to gain from this. instead of one pretty dead forum you'd have two, or best case one very dead forum and one slightly dead one

I don't think so, because the European threads get more people than the South Americans anyways. I'd also still post threads in there, like that obscure match guessing thread. There's nowhere else to post things like that other than the WWDF. Or the fact threads such as the biggest stadiums in the world which I think I posted in there.

At the moment, it seems a bit unorganized.

Yawn. 2 South Americans is enough to have a CONMEBOL sub forum. There are others with some interest in it, like Pies and others who know about it but don't follow it such as Aaron. I've encouraged some different users to post in the Peruvian thread a few times already by just posting.

If you want a porn or king of the hill sub forum, by all means. I don't really care but most forums I've been on had a CONMEBOL section.

Then make it a sub forum inside the WWDF. If thats the only problem, well I just solved it.

The only threads with any activity in the WWDF are the ones relating to major European leagues which rather suggests that there's insufficient interest in a CONMEBOL sub-forum.

Are threads so very bad? Nothing worse than a message board that keeps adding forums for the hell of it. Just makes everything look CLUTTERED and the active ones harder to locate.
