I imagine some will hear it elsewhere, but if this post stops someone travelling then it's worth making.
Pitch frozen in spite of being covered since Thursday. Went to minus 6 last night.

Typical! Whenever there's a big crowd paying full whack. Something goes wrong.

Only upside is that Pompey is not far away so most opposition fans may still be able to use the tickets.

Sounds like Crawley did everything they could to get the game on.

Indeed, this isn't an extension of our pitch issues from several years ago because we fixed those.
Covering the pitch and having warm air blowers under the covers for the most vulnerable parts is probably as much as anyone can do without breaking the bank to cater for a once in five years scenario.
