For us, who cares. Never been less bothered about this club. Certainly not giving any thought to the starting XI or if we might win the game.

Bradford, well they have loads to play for. In a top 6 spot, with teams in reach above them. But, they also are being chased hard by those below them. Every point and result matters for them.

1-0 Bradford.

Agreed with the 1-0, on paper an ideal game to further enhance our end of season chances

Keeping my expectations low for this one. Typical for us to lose this.

City vs bottom of the league? Jesus, lump on Crewe.

And for all you neutrals, it may sound like a cliche, but we have a wank record against sides bottom of the league - probably thee worst record.

Draw for me, and hope the results go for us.

I'm just amazed we're in this position! We haven't played particularly well all season - what a god awful league.

Clearly we're set up hard to beat. It may be worth mentioning that we have kept 21 clean sheets this season (all comps).

Very solid defence, with very little attacking threat other than Reid, midfielders winning second balls and arial dominance - sadly.

No Cullen or Evans again, so I can see PP going for it and sticking McMahon in midfield and popping Marshall on the wing.

Williams

Darby
Burke
Clarke
Meredith

Marshall
McMahon
Knott/Thorpe
Reid

Proctor
Clarke/Davies

2,000+ city!

1-0 Bradford and hoping for mass Davis Out chants.

A win for us now will probably keep him in the job for another season, so that would be detrimental. As sad as it sounds...

I can't see you bringing that many.
Attendance: 5,213 (1,574 Bratfut).
2-1 to The Alex aswell.

You could be right, although I believe we have sold over a 1,000 already with potentially POTD, should hopefully see 2,000 there.

No excuses. We're averaging 1,500 as it is, and it's arguably our biggest game of the season.

I wouldn't mind Bradford getting in the play-offs really, fancy our chances against them more than the majority of the play-off chasers in honesty. Don't want them finishing above us though, so hope they drop points here, not that they will in all likeliness.

We have just as much to play for as Bratfut...our 3rd division status.

Massive win that. Shame Barnsley picked up all three points.

All without three of our better players.

Well, another load of absolute shite. Don't think we managed one meaningful effort on target in the whole game. In fact, I'm struggling to remember an actual shot on target in the whole. Hardly surprising when we played 1 guy upfront who isn't suited to play by himself. These 2 feckless idiots will never ever learn. Been obvious all season when we play 1 upfront we look horrendous. 2 upfront and we are only slightly less horrendous, but still. Wouldn't trust Collins and Davis to run a bath, let alone a 4th tier football team. Man that was hard to watch.

As for Bradford, they were what they are under Parkinson. Dull, boring but effective. Worthy winners today, as comfy a win as they are ever going to get. Now, onto next week where we'll make Graham Westley look like Pep Guardiola.

We've had 2 games in 3 days and had a few important players missing to be fair, with Crewe being poor as well it was not going to be a classic. Known us to struggle against Crewe a few times in the recent past so nice to get three points.

Overall with Clarke and Proctor up front and the midfield playing a lot better this is probably the best we've looked all season, hopefully peaking at the right time. A Burton win tonight would be decent please...

Who can tell how we would do in the championship. It would all depend on what quality of player we could attract in the summer. It would be great to have that chance though.much rather be there than in the kaze league with you.

How long would you last in the Championship though? This is one shit Lge1 and no mistake.

Should we find ourselves in the championship next season, our playing budget will be in the bottom three.

The Champ is worth an extra £5m for just being there, and given we currently have a playing budget of £3m, it's very likely we would have around £10-£11m to spend, of which is a drop in the ocean at that level.

There are talks of German investors, so anything could happen, really.

In response to your question; without significant strengthening, we would find ourselves coming straight back down.

More of a reaction in the ground to Deano's goal today than any of the crap on the pitch.

Davis out. Bowler out.

And yet some fans still defend Davis to high heaven and believe we have a good chance of being good enough for League Two.

Where are the men with white coats?
