Suddenly, I can feel the waves of love emanating towards us from such disparate places as Oldham, Fleetwood, Shrewsbury and Chesterfield.

Blackpool (the team, not the board) deserve a bit of respect. They've actually done better than I thought they would this season, and have had the odd good result. If we don't play for 90 minutes, we won't win (cf Donny a fortnight ago).

If we do play properly, however, we ought to have too much for the Seasiders.

Result: 4-1, but not as comfortable as it looks, with a couple of late goals putting paid to Blackpool's comeback hopes.

That second half was so easy. The away fixture I thought Blackpool looked OK, enough to stay up anyway. After today I think they're doomed. Shame. Rather you stayed up than plastic Fleetwood.

Tuesday set up nicely and could be 1 pt behind Gills come 10PM. I don't expect us to get in the play offs but if we do then we have a great shot at going up with our form. Time to dream.
