You're kidding right? Very little football from the away side it was all played by us. We conceded to a very nice first goal. Second could of killed us, horrific goalkeeping, but we kept on going. Didn't deserve to lose.

we don't have the players to play hoof. We're a team full of midgets. First half Bs Coventry we panicked and went long up to Done, that's the only time I can think of that I've seen us play hoof this season. Our strength is in midfield, in particular the wing in Murphy, we'd be stupid to bypass it. As I said I cant comment on how we played today, I didn't go, but we are not a hoof team.

Still only one team to actually come to us and outplay us completely on the day, that team was Donny.

We may have been more direct tonight than usual - Clough said as much and credited Rochdale's hard work for that - but one game doesn't make us hoofers. Sometimes you have to mix it up. We have tonight and got the win so all credit to Clough and the lads.

It's a Nigel Clough side. Solid but unspectacular. They are extremely boring but getting results now after a shakey spell. It's shafted them a bit though because if a side stays solid and organised against them they don't have a great deal to unlock teams as they could if they had more attacking threat. (Although the lad they got from you seems to have helped address that)

With the players they have at their disposal, bypassing a midfield that has that much quality is criminal.
